We have a little agent wallboard appication utilized the ACCS RTD API. It works properly and than a week ago it started to drop error and cannot connect anymore. I have tried to revert the complete ACCS server back to a working state to see if any changes was done, but got the same results, so have no clue why got this error, and why was OK before.

This is the error what I got:
Login failed, incorrect CC server version (60062)

Is there any ACCS side logs what I can check to get closer to the solution ?

I have tried to SDK provided sample apps as well (cli and gui version) but all drops same error.

Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable 2013 was missing.

We (Geomant) also have solution to provide whatsapp channel in AACC/ACCS via EWC.
Additionally have gateway to Oceana as well.

We want to develop small webapp to present RT data.
From many laptops the sample apps and RTDTEST_ntw.exe is connects successfully to the ACCS server, but when we try to deploy it to win2016 or win2019 server I always got General login failure (Return Codes =60009,0)

In the logs I saw

NBosa_MsgCreateEP AFTER Connect == SOCKET_ERROR WinsockError

It seems something block to create socket.
There is no firewall between the 2 servers, as I wrote from many laptops the connection is OK.

Any suggestion how to fix that connection issue ?

In ACCS solution bot service will be involved in chat interaction. Some of them are escalated to the live agent, others are answered by the bot itself. Is there any way to accept and log as an answered contact without any live agent? Additionally would be great if we can add the customer-bot transcript to the customer history as well.
In case chat escalation to live-agent we passed customer-bot conversation to the live agent so this part is OK.

Is there any way to "answer" and close a chat without agent and report it as answered interaction?

Is there any document which describe how can I call a REST API from ACCS CallFlows?
I already cheched the Advanced administration and the Orchestration Designer documentation but it still not clear.

I have already configured the REST API connection The ID is "3".

In my script i have already add this ID to my request (however the documentation not describe it, just found a solution)

JSON ADD KEYVALUE "JSON:ID" : "JSON:3" TO OBJECT joRequest_cv

So that way the EXECUTE REST REQUEST call the right IP, but don't know how to add data to request body.

Currently the customer use IPOCC and in that solution I can customize the Agent Desktop client with custom fields to populate variables values. In a voice callflow the customer identify himself/herself with an unique ID, and the DB query fetch the Name, Address and other values from the DB. When the call rings at the agent, these data show on AD.



Is there any way to populate DB query result (via HDX connection in callflow) populated on ACCS Agent Desktop?
If there is no out of the box solution, is there any way to pass those variable values to a pop-up like intrinsic?

I try to deploy sample webchat JSP solution for ACCS. Both .war file deployed to the tomcat7 server, and both web.xml are modified as described in the documentation.

When I initiate an anonymous chat, it is landed on the configured chat skill, and routed to the agent, but when the agent is accepted it, nothing happened at the customer side. It shows "waiting for an agent to join..", however the status is Active

Can anyone help me to fix it?
