I am using OD 7.0, I have a requirement, we are connecting a 3rd party IVR application through Bridge transfer, we would like to send some DTMF signal to that application after a successful Bridge transfer connection. How to achieve this?
Or After a successful connection with the 3rd party IVR, how to play send/play DTMF tones from our OD application?

Thanks Denis for your comments.
The real issue here is when I run the Tomcat as a service it is not updating the license url and not fetching license details and getting the error message as License Url is invalid, or server is not up. If I run the same Tomcat using startup.bat and configured the weblm url in runtimeconfig, it is fetching the license details using the same url.
I am wondering what is causing the issue and why license url is not getting updated if the Tomcat instance run as a service.

Environment detail:
Orchestration designer: 7.2.3
Tomcat 9.0.8
JDK: 1.8
I have installed Tomcat in the server as a Tomcat service and trying to update the WebLM license in runtimeconfig. Whenever I tried to update the WebLM url, getting an error message and the license is not fetched and not getting updated.
I ran the Tomcat using command prompt (not as a service) and tried to update the WebLM license url in the runtimeconfig, I am successfully able to update the license url and able to see license details.
Please note that the Tomcat Service is running as Service account. Even tried changing the access to local and getting the same behavior.
Kindly let me know, am I missing any steps here to configure the License url? May I know why I am not able to update the license when I run Tomcat as a service?

Hi,
I am upgrading my OD version from 7.0 to 7.2.3. I am using Tomcat server 8.5 as part of our upgrade. I am trying to configure the WebLM url in the runtimeconfig but getting below error in the browser. It is asking TLS versions to enable but i had already enabled the TLS version in the browser. Error:
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://xyz:52233 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
Note:
I am using the existing WebLM license for OD 7.2.3
For Security purpose, I masked the server name.

Thanks Martin for your reply.
As I mentioned i am using JTAPI SDK to make call to an IVR application. In that IVR application in some places the IVR application play messages and collect input from caller. What I need to know is using JTAPI (any) listener the status of current call whether the IVR application is announcing (playing) the message or waiting for user input. How to get any of the above mentioned status using JTAPI SDK?
IVR Call flow:
1. Play Welcome message
2. Collect 10 digit account number (Trying to get the call status as Awaiting for User input)
3. Play Balance
4. End the call
Thanks & Regards,
Aravind Subramanian

Hi,
Developing JTAPI application to give input to IVR application. I am successfully able to send DTMF input to IVR applicaiton. Kindly let me know how to give speech input (Speech input: need to play recorded audio file).
Code snippet for DTMF input:[u]
((LucentV5TerminalConnectionEx) terminalConnections[0]).generateDtmf("1234567890");
I see JTapi provides the feature to play audio file:
((MediaTerminalConnection) terminalConnections[0]).useDefaultMicrophone();
((MediaTerminalConnection) terminalConnections[0]).startPlaying();
((MediaTerminalConnection) terminalConnections[0]).usePlayURL(wavURL);
((MediaTerminalConnection) terminalConnections[0]).stopPlaying();
Will this work for Speech input?
Thanks & Regards,
Aravind Subramanian

Please find below environment details:
EP: 7.0

We have one main and 3 reusable modules called from the main application. When the call invokes a call to reusable module, the main application got the disconnect event (invoked the flow Auth_SetHangup).
Below are the detailed log for your review.
Due to security reason masked some third party lookup URL.
Invoking a call to an another module PI_CCT_Distribution_IVR_CustomerDataLookup from PI_CCT_Distribution_IVR_Application.
Could you please let us know your findings?

We are using RDM2 for prompt and collect, to get input from the user we have all prompt and collect parameters are defined in a property file and this property file has been referenced to get user input.
I would like to use builtin grammar for DTMF and voice inout collection instead of pointing to an external grammar. Kindly let me know how to refer/configure the builtin grammar in the property file. Below are the parameters used for grammar reference in the property file.
#DTMF Grammars
dtmfGrammar=Get8Digit_DTMF.grxml
#Voice Grammars
voiceGrammar=Get8Digit.grxml*DontKnowIt.grxml
