Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for helping with this. I was able to get it running and the problem was with the AMS part actually.
Thanks,
AJ

Hi Joel,
I am using the 3.3.0.0.25042 one. It has the required mappings. I tried this flow. It does not report any error in the ED logs, but there isn't any audio from AMS either. Once the call is answered it gets stuck on the Play & Collect block.
The flow does go past Recieve block on call answer, but is stuck forever on the Play&Collect block. Even on ending the call, the instance can be seen as Active and needs to be manually terminated. There is no error in the ED logs.

Thanks Vishal, I have tried this approach i.e allow call block at the end, but in that case the call does not proceed any further from announcement block as seen from ED workflow instance, and the error reported is of a wrong ucid / no call id. Have you seen that?

HI,
I created a simple call flow to play& collect announcements:
1. Start with Call Intercept>Calling Party
2. Allow Call
3. Log Message #1
4. Play & Collect (Play to calling party, Interrupt Announcement yes, Timeout 10 sec, Collect Digits from Calling Party)
5. Log Message #2
6. End
*Basically i could have just used a play announcement block but that dint work either.
When i run the flow call goes through but the announcement never plays. The calling party cant hear anything. However the log messages 1, 2 do get printed. So the low reaches the Play & collect block. Is this the right flow or an i missing something here die to which no announcement is played?
I have attached a screen capture of the simple flow as attachment.

Thanks Anurag. I fixed this problem, i did not handle the problem of the resultset being returned empty.
However, i am still looking for info in the log message we can print the variable values? I currently think it allows only to print fixed statements, but i might be wrong. Looking for ways in which the log messages can print variable values?

In the Log message box in using ED, can you use it to print variables like ucid, handles etc? I need it to know that what is ED retrieving from a DB. I am using a simple query like:
select name from whitelist where number=? --> Whitelist table just a simple number, Name columns
In the ED flow Read from DB task i have:
----Mapped the number vairable to the incoming handle from call events and retrieved input schema.
----Output schema shows ResultSet (Multiple Objects) & Name: String. O/P is sotred in variable ReadFromDB1_Output_1
I have then used below condition on a gateway to allow a call
------ReadFromDB1_Output_1["resultSet"][0]["Name"] == "Y"
I expect Y as the parameter retrieved from the DB in the resultset. And for simplicity i have ensured only entry for each number. So i am testing and expecting a Y to be returned when i make a call (as that number is there is DB with Name parameter as Y against it).
However i get errors.
java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not access element 0 of array
java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not access element 0 of array
com.roobroo.bpm.exceptions.InstanceCreatedWithErrorException: Could not access element 0 of array
Any idea where an i going wrong? I tested with array element 1 as well but to no avail.

Thanks for the pointer Joel. That solved. Problem was a missing entry for the Breeze security IP on my computer. Once i added that it fixed it. I just would also want to know that in such scenario or similar related to web responses not being correct/having problems, which logs on SMGR/Breeze should be looked at, as it is failing on a web server level and not the snap-in?

I have installed a new Breeze server version 3.3.1.1.331108 on SMGR version 7.1. I have deployed the EventingConector, Call Event Control & Engagement Designer snapin of latest version(ED- 3.3.0.0.25057) . However, when i browse to the ED console, i am asked to enter the login for SMGR, but finally the ED console doesn't come up complaining of Too Many Redirects. Any idea how to get this working or whats the problem?
