Hello,
I tried to remove message from conversation list, but the method id deleting only from table so when i refresh the page message appears again. How can i solve this problem i could not find any other method.The method which i use to remove conversations is:
_removeConversation: function (conversations) {
conversations.forEach(function (conversation) {
var id = conversation.getId();
this._messagingView.removeConversationFromList(id);
delete this._conversationsArray[id];
}.bind(this));
}

Hello,
As you see in images when i try send a file, file can not be sanded. These logs shown after sending:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)
AvayaClientServices-4.3.0.32.min.js:656 [9/19/2019, 2:18:19 PM] NetworkProvider: AMMMessagingProvider,Network error occurred. Status: 400
And although it sends text messages before, after try to send an attachment text messages can not be sended either.

Hello,
While on a conference call, if one of participant ends the call isConference value is still return true as you see on images.
1.Three participant on a conference call.
2.One of participant ends the call.
3.isConference method still returns true on updateCallDataHandler method.

Hello,
we are getting a problem while on call, if the user who we are talking holds the call i get the false result from call.isHeldRemotely on updateCallDataHandler method.So i can't handle the remote user held the call or not.The images of scenario are attached.
1.Call is established while screen shorting.
2.Mobile application press the hold button.
3.Web client gets the updateCallDataHandler listener method
4.As you see isHeldRemotely value is false.

We need to get calling party's phone number which is waiting in queue as real time.I could not access via real time cms report.How can i reach the caller's number. Vdn monitoring is not proper way for my situation because system does have more than 300 Vdns. I need a better solution , for example real time cms reports. I have to solve this problem immediately. Thanks for help

We need to get calling party's phone number which is waiting in queue as real time.I could not access via real time cms report.How can i reach the caller's number. Vdn monitoring is not proper way for my situation because system does have more than 300 Vdns. I need a better solution , for example real time cms reports. I have to solve this problem immediately. According to your answer we checked the attachment properties and change the mime type. As a result we are able to send the txt file and problem solved.

There is client detailed logs which you asked while sending world,pdf and txt file.
At first we tried to send world file, it succeed.
And then we tried to send pdf file, it succeed.
At last we tried to send txt file,it failed.

Hi,
We upgraded the system to Release 8.0. So we are not using AMM. We use PS8.0.2 with integrated multimedia messaging.
Also we have “ VALUE_AMM_ENHANCED” license on the system. (4000)
- When we use Equinox 3.5.5. We can send TXT file from one Equinox client to other one.
- If we try to send from Equinox client to CSDK client, we see the TXT message on the screen, but we cannot open&read the message.
- If we try to send TXT message from CSDK client, we receive INTERNAL SERVER ERROR from PS8.0.2 (txt_error.png attached)
- If we try to send PDF, EXCEL, WORD document the result is successful. These type of messages have no problem.
We think that there is a problem on CSDK site. I also attached CSDK log file & Equinox Client log file.
Error parts of log files are shown below:

Hi,
I have an issue about system manager user management client sdk. The problem is one of session manager attribute named 'maxSimultaneousDevice'.When i try to add new contact to user's contact list and even though i choose update mode as merge, the system automatically change maxSimiltaneousDevice parameter as 1. Before adding new contact from client sdk the parameters is set as 3 and i have never set any value to this attribute via my codes.
Here is my session manager profile from update method xml.

There is no 'maxSimultaneousDevice' part and there is also no set and get method for this parameter. Because of not assigning value to this parameter, system automatically change thi value from 3 to 1.
