Hi,
Thank you for your question.
I can't reproduce it using iOS Sample App.
SampleApp crashes without NSContactsUsageDescription only if I set LocalContactConfiguration.enabled = YES.
If I set LocalContactConfiguration.enabled = NO, SampleApp works properly.
Please make sure, you set LocalContactConfiguration.enabled = NO before User instance is created.

ClientSDK is a library which allows to implement your own UnifiedCommunication application for Breeze platform. So package doesn't contain any installers. But it contain sample application, you can build.
Unfortunately there are no additional documentation or samples for Client SDK External API interface yet.

ClientSDK has external API interface, which can be used for smart headset implementation.

Do you mean ECC is Engagement Call Control?
ClientSDK doesn't expose CallID used in SIP session it is encapsulated by ClientSDK. So unfortunately you can't simply get unique id of call.

The issue is caused by PPM server is unreachable.
2018-01-31 16:25:21.085[16356] ERROR clientsdk::CPocoHTTPSession::CHTTPRequestTask::ExecuteTask[0FB80C80](): Error from http://120.29.225.73/axis/services/PPM: eCONNECTION_TIMEOUT: [code: 0] Timeout: connect timed out: 120.29.225.73:80
Please check server configuration, antivirus/firewall software. There was similar issue earlier, it was gone away without any changes. It was probably caused by maintenance work.

Server team reports that the error seems to indicate that the websocket connection could not be established. It could be that the certificate is not trusted, but it’s not clear what the real problem is without more AADS logs.
You can also try using SSE instead of WebSockets by replacing the URL:
wss://aads.xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/notification/bsid/7a553228-5493-4dfc-832e-66efe899f6e8/notificationChannel/websocket
With:
