You would add a CallListener to each device that you want to monitor call events on. If you are looking for just one method call that is "monitorAllDevices", there isn't a method like that. Keep in mind you need a TSAPI license for each concurrent device that is being monitored.

Mute and Volume are local to the phone and aren't accessible through 3rd party call control such as JTAPI.

To troubleshoot an issue like this you would need to open a DevConnect Technical Support ticket. You would also need to look into upgrading your DevConnect membership level so that you have support hours for Tier 3/4 questions.

It sounds to me like the issue is that you are making an internal call and Breeze only intercepts calls to/from the PSTN (or over a simulated external call). So the easiest way is to have a test PSTN number connected to your lab system.

» SMS queries with AE Services fail When a large number of queries were made from the SMS module to CM, 08/02/2018 14:31:24

At this point you would need to open a Devconnect Technical Support ticket, and we can go over collecting the logs and then see what's going on with it. Please let us know the exact versions of CM and AES as well. Just get a command prompt on each server and run 'swversion'. Thanks!

In that document I referenced it also talks about the test tool that comes with your AES. This tool is at https://[YourAESIP]/smsxml/smsxml_test.php. Then you can play around with any model that SMS has and see what is returned for a certain operation.

This is a common issue. The SMSSDK comes with a document called "usage.doc". See the "List Operations" section as it will explain how to handle large amounts of data with the list operation.

I am seeing the same thing. I am going to have to escalate this to the product team. Would you please open a DevConnect Technical Support ticket so that we can track this? If you have a customer effected by this please have them open a ticket with Avaya Client Services.

There is not. The only way to get the information is to monitor the station for call events and get them when a new call alerts or establishes on that station. If the monitor is not there then none of the call data you are looking for will be there either.

This forum is for AES Web Services so you would need to open a DevConnect Technical Support ticket to get further support on this subject. Keep in mind that support is limited at the registered level. I will say that I looked at the User management web services document for System Manager, and I don't see this URL. When opening a ticket please refer to the documentation that you are looking at. From the client machine you are using you can ping the FQDN of he System Manager?

You would need to open the ticket under your account. When you open the ticket let us know what Avaya support person you are working with and the person assigned to your ticket can reach out to them internally if need be. Thank You!

The JTAPI SDK comes with a JTAPI exerciser that lets you test out the JTAPI methods. There is a javadoc that you can refer to with the SDK as well. Take a look at the getNumberInQueue() method. The JTAPI programmers guide has a section on using the JTAPI exerciser, so that you can launch it and get a provider (open a TSAPI stream), and play with the JTAPI methods.

Calls in queue is not obtainable with SMS. You can get the information using the TSAPI interface. You would use the Query ACD Split Service. You should be able to get the information with JTAPI or DMCC as well. I would refer to the documentation to find the equivalent method to retrieve the calls in queue.

There is not a way to get that information with SMS. To get agent state availability you would need to use TSAPI, JTAPI, or DMCC and poll for the agent state using getAgentState. Keep in mind that those interfaces require TSAPI licensing.
