I would need to see what you are doing. Are you doing this in java code or in the Data node? In either case, attach either a screen shot or the source. If a screen shot, I need to see what the properties are for the items you are using.

If you go to your OD Runtime Configuration servlet, there is a menu item for certificates. This will show you what certificates are in your java keystore and where that keystore is found. You can also add certificates to that keystore here. For the sake of discussion, keystore and truststore should be one in the same.

That error message is coming from Eclipse itself, not the OD code.
You might have removed the project from your workspace but not physically deleted it from your file system. Check the directory to see if that is the case.

What is your grammar set to?
Can you show me an app log with VXML output enabled showing you sending over the P&C to the browser?

We have sample apps that are part of OD that contain collections. One in particular called ArrayExample has a lot of collection manipulation that can help you understand them.

You can add as many phrases as you want to a single prompt. Each time the phrase is retrieved, it will call the hook method from before and you can specify any location you want.

That timestamp is passed in to the app from the platform. Have them check on the EP side for date/time config. I'm not positive where EP pulls it in from. You might have to go to EP support to get that answer.

You might need to reset the collection back to the beginning before using it.
Try this:
reset collection
trace current value
while collection hasMore()
next in collection
trace value

The hook method will work for every phrase in your prompt.
Not sure on a patch just yet. We have to look into the issue. I'll let you know.

You may have to send me your PDC (neilg@avaya.com) if that is feasible. It's very tough to debug it over the forum.

You can work around it in Java code by going to your pset java file in your web-inf/source/english.phrasesets dir and override this method:
@Override
public Phrase hookGetPhrase(String phraseName, Phrase phrase) {
String audioURL = "http://myserver.mycompany.com:8080/audioFiles/english/mainmenu.wav";
Phrase staticExternal = new ExternalPhrase(audioURL);
staticExternal.setText("This is the main menu...");
return staticExternal;
}
This example will build and ext phrase and pass it back.
If you want to use info from the phrase passed in just build the audioURL variable using
phrase.getFileName() instead of hardcoding the filename in place as is done in this example.

Have you invoked this webservice before outside of OD? Sounds like the doctype is coming back in error.
Do you have localsoaptrace enabled in your ddrt.properties file?

Yes, I suppose you are correct. If you add a grammar it can use that to match as you suggested.
