You are right, there is no unique id to track between agent group events and topic events.
You can track the call by using the CCK_AgentName task tag:
The WaitingTaskList offers the taskTags field. There is a task tag CCK_AgentName, which contains the Agent name receiving the call:
like CCK_AgentName="Agent02"

I can't give you any guarantee for your 3rd party SIP phones.
Agent operations for all task types are possible with Task WebService (and Directory WebService to get infos about available agents)
Voice and Chat task handling is possible with TaskWS, too.
E-Mail can be done with UMRWS.
About licensing: as long need no Monitoring WebService you don't need any special license. For Monitoring WS you need a Teamleader license in addition.

Hello Pragyan,
If you want to start multiple session you must not use the same EndPointObserver URL.
In your case "http://172.16.2.183:7979/ws/EndpointObserver?wsdl"
The Endpoint have to be unique!
But you don't need to create separate sessions to handle multiple agents, you can simply call openAgent for different Agents on the same session.

The AgentList and the AgentTaskList monitor contains the stConn information. There you will find the field outbound (true = outgoing, fals = incoming):
- stConn - nillable; type StConnMonInfo
@see MonKind#stConn
- connState - nillable; type ConnState - type string with restriction - enum 'Free', 'Initiated', 'Alerting', 'Connected', 'Held', 'BusyTone', 'OutOfService', 'Offered' }
- internal - nillable; type boolean
- outbound - nillable; type boolean
- ACD - nillable; type boolean
- secondCall - nillable; type boolean
- forwarded - nillable; type boolean

For agent teams you can monitor agent list, agent task list and task service factor. There is no easy way to get your information from WSC.
