Hello,
Breeze server is not connecting directly to the exchange server. we are using a relay server with the exchange server and as long as the ip of the server that is attempting to communicate with the exchange server is added as accepted on the relay server, then it passes the traffic to the exchange server.
We did the following:
-installed Trust Cert on breeze
- installed *.domain.org cert on breeze which we use for the organization
-rebooted breeze
I setup the email connector with the IP of the relay server. There is an optional username/password for the relay server. I entered that information for Host #1.
the relay server does not require authentication or TLS.
Breeze version: 3.6
I attached a screenshot of the logs.

Update
With the uninstall of ED 3.4 the issue remains but deletion of the 3.4 file resolved the issue. seems that having the old version loaded causes an issue.
we upgraded breeze from 3.4 to 3.6. I was able to uninstall the old snap-in services and install the upgraded ones except for engagement designer.
I get the following error message after the loading of the svar file is complete.
The following errors have occurred:
Error uploading 'EngagementDesigner-3.6.0.0.60010.svar': Attribute Context Store Cluster(s) exists but does not match the properties file
Thanks

I am attempting to send mail (unauthenticated SMTP ) through an internal mail server over port 25. we did a packet capture and breeze attempts to perform TLS. Is there any additional configuration needed to disable TLS. The connector logs show the following error message

AnuragAggarwal wrote:there is no automatic behavior in gateway
you would have to keep some kind of counter and keep incrementing it, and check in gateway if value <3 go one way otherwise go other way
this link has a sample workflow with a counter example.

AnuragAggarwal,
what is it that you mentioned that was "releasing today"? wasn't 3.4.0.1 released back in April? was something else released recently after April?

we need to know if you have configured the cluster ip address on your breeze clsuter, to check that ,
login to smgr, navigate to Elements-->Avaya Breeze-->Cluster Administration-->edit your cluster.
in this page check if you have Cluster IPv4 field configured ? if yes please delete the value there and try your scenario.
If the above is not configured , then please enable the debug logs on ED(ce dlogon EngagementDesigner),Breeze(ce dlogon),
reproduce the scenario.
collect the ED, Breeze logs and attach here.
Thanks,

Rajesh,
I removed the Cluster's IP and the timer works now. I also saw the note "Do not assign a Cluster IP for a single-node cluster." in the admin's manual.
Thanks for your help.

I tried that before asking the question, but the Timer Boundary never kicked in after I set it for 10000ms and the Make Call continued to ring.
Also, I make a call from number 7701 (calling) to 7702(called) then I hang up from 7702, 7701 continues to ring and does not terminate.

prasanna.kulkarni wrote:Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots, they're helping.
There are two different issues:
1. The screenshot and pop-up shown in error.png, is not actually an error. It's a guiding message to administrator that administrator should install the JDBC provider snap-in on desired cluster. (Detailed helping message is there in error.png)
What this means is as below -
a. Once you create a JDBC Provider, click OK on this pop-up.
b. Go to "Service Management" page and a snap-in with "Deployment Type = JDBC Provider" would be created, the snap-in name would be same as JDBC Provider you created in step 1a.
c. You should install this snap-in on any cluster where this JDBC provider is needed. (Installation is similar to any other regular snap-in.)
d. Then you can go to "Configuration->JDBC Sources" configuration page and create data sources by providing external DB details.
2. The service_database.png shows a screen which lists all the services, which are using Breeze's built-in cluster DB. This screen does not show any information regarding JDBC Providers or JDBC Data Sources that we create to connect to external DB.
To create/check JDBC data sources please visit, "Configuration->JDBC Sources" page.
If you face any problems when/after performing above mentioned steps, please let me know.
Thanks,
Prasanna
Thank you for the explanation.
I was able to install the SQL JDBC under Service Management/Services then Create a JDBC Data source to use in the work flow.

Typically when you call a fax number, we hear the CNG tone. Is there anyway in breeze to detect if this dialed number is a fax through a snap in that makes call and determines if the called number is CNG tone or a ring?

I created a simple flow, Make a call then play and collect and an exclusive gateway with three nodes. I set the play and collect to take in 4 digits and when I pass in the four digits nothing happens, so I hang up and the default condition is executed.
The log shows that the digits were accepted but the condition in the exclusive gateway does not get initiated.
Here are the coniditions:
one:
PlayAndCollect1_Output_1["digits"] == "7894"
two:
PlayAndCollect1_Output_1["digits"] == "7895"
three (default):
"blank"
I attached the logs and a screenshot.
any help is appreciated.
