Hello,
we are currently trying to use the Single Step Transfer function in the DMCC .net sdk and also want to add some User Data, but the receiver of the transfer is not getting the User Data.
We also tried this with the Dashboard and there it is highlighted as a possible input field (See Attachment) but it also does not work.
Is there any setting that needs to be done elsewhere to ensure that the User Data is sent with the Single Step Transfer?

Hello,
thanks for the reply.
That would work then for all calls done by the agent, but what we want to achieve is that the Agent can choose which number to display for different scenarios.
For example the Agent wants to display the support number of the Gas Support Department to Customer 1 and for the Customer 2 he wants to show the number of the Electricity Support Department. So the agent has the option to choose which number to show.
We know that it works for the AES with CM Special-Application (SA8481) - Replace Calling Party Number with ASAI ANI? but not for SIP-Softphone.
Is there a similar possible way for SIP-Softphone?

Hello,
we are currently trying to implement Clip No Screening when doing an outbound call and we could not find any possibility in the SDK.
Is this currently not possible in the SDK or is there any other way to achieve this?

We are using version 4.9.0
The logs also contains incoming events that we are getting. You can look at the status changes by searching for OneCall_StateChanged.
At some point we get sometimes the State:FarEndRenegotiating back.

1) Yeah sometimes I don't get the held state of one of the calls when switching back and forth.
2) Yeah I am waiting for one call to be established before unholding the other call.

I only got these three entries from the CallFailureException object, the other attributes are null:
CallFailureException error.Message: Eine Ausnahme vom Typ "Avaya.ClientServices.CallFailureException" wurde ausgelöst.

CallFailureException error.Reason: InProgress

I included the SIP messages in a new log file.
The error is around 2020-10-26 16:17:09,090 when switching to Call 1 and around 2020-10-26 16:17:17,254 when switching back to Call 2

We are using a mobile device for the telecommuting device.
Logs are attached.
You can see the error that we get around 14:11:53,422 when switching to call 1 and around 14:12:01,652 when switching to call 2.

Hello,
We got "an exception of the type Avaya.ClientServices.CallFailureException was triggered" while we were trying to switch lines between two calls by unholding one of the calls.
This caused the call state for both calls not to get updated correctly (both got the state established) and further interaction with them were not properly possible.
Is there a way to get around this?
