I was trying to find a way to actually release ED completely, by doing a "real" blind transfer, similarly to how you can transfer in VXML or OD.
I'll test with the forward call task.

Is there any way I can make ED blind-transfer a call into a destination?

I see there is a forward task but that seems to imply ED is still involved in the call after the call being forwarded.
Is there any way I can transfer the call so ED is no longer involved in the call?

Is there any way to check what the current status of hntpos-bsy button is for a given station?
I'd like to use AES SMS for this if possible.

I'd like to send variables as well, if possible.

I'm trying to list VDNs and see the variables defined and assigned for them.
However when doing this operation I only get back empty Var_Description and Var_Assignment values, for example:

I don't think the session has timed out as I'm able to reproduce this very quickly after creating a new workflow.
I create a new workflow, set the family/type event of the Start event and nothing else. The dropdown list for family and type of event goes from having N entries to having just 1 (the one I selected).

On the left side of the screen, on the events group, I see all events except Start (e.g. End, Terminate, etc)

On the workflow panel on the right, as soon as I choose any event family and type for the Start event, I cannot change it back.
The drop down list where I can select family and type changes from having several entries to only having 1 entry.

I started developing a workflow and it turns out I chose the wrong Event family and type for the Start event.
I'm trying to change it but now the drop down lists for Event family and Type only have one entry; the family/type I chose initially.

Is there any way to change the event family/type for a Start event?

I'm developing an application that registers a "virtual" station in telecommuter mode (e.g. station id 1000 telecommuting to 2000).
Can somebody please confirm what type of license is required for this? other than registering the station, my application will not perform call control operations.

On the same environment, a different application will also use AES to perform call control operations on that same "virtual" station my application registered (e.g. 1000).
Does this mean this different application will need additional licenses for call controlling my station?
do the two applications only need 1 license per station ID, regardless of the fact that application1 is registering the station and application2 is performing call control operations on it?

I went through the FAQ and I couldn't find an answer; if this is documented somewhere can you please let me know?
