I have tried to install and run sample ACE sequence application : callblocker. I see that application successfully binded and starting listen. Also I defined everything in SM follow document attached to application. Unfortunately I don't recieve any events and application seems doesn't work.

Please advise.

I have application based on TSAPI. At the application I open 30+ streams to AES.
Sometimes I got error ACSERR_STREAM_FAILED for one of the streams but all other continue work properly.
Of course all objects which are monitored at the failed stream stop send events.
My question is how can I simulate the event for debugging (if it is possible) or what can I do in this situation?

I am trying to route the call using TSAPI exerciser.
I can register successfully but during the routing itself I am getting error: GENERIC_SUBSCRIBED_RESOURCE_ AVAILABILITY. I have at my AES VALUE_TSAPI_ADVANCED_USERS licenses.

What maybe the problem.

All out applications are TSAPI.
And we have couple new questions:

Does number of CLAN affect the performance or overwise it may help to performance?

In case that single application opens multiple TSAPI streams - does it affect the performance and may cause overloading of AES?

If all the applications are monitoring the same devices, does the number of messages reduces or it is still multipled by the number of applications?

for example: we have 10 vdn's monitored by 3 different applications. is the number of messgaes is 10X3 or just 10 (as an example)?

how can we calculate the estimated number of messages?

What is the performance of TSAPI link? How much events does it treat and waht is maximum capability of TSAPI stream per one application.
Also my question is regarding AES and number of events maybe sent to customer application.

during the work I got error:

Application doesn't exit and waits for something event I did System.exit().

what is the error and how I should treat it?

Thanks for response. The fact isthat the method doesn't return event NULL but throws exception tell me that the current implementation doesn't support the method.
So I try to find way get the longest waiting time for ACD/VDN.

I see that JTAPI 4.2 doesn't support getOldestCallQueued() function.
How can I obtain information about longest waitng time for ACD calls and is supportres by JTAPI?
In case that no - is it supportes by TSAPI?

I am working with JTAPI for monitoring devices and also proceed some simple scenarios like make call, answer call ....
During monitoring devices I am recieving many events which are described in JTAPI.
Where can I find documentation for scenarios and events which should be recieved beuond each scenario.
