Can you please verify the customer setup so that we are sure this is supported by the JTAPI Client 10.1.3.1.0.17

All,
we have a customer using our softlclient based on the JSDK Framework.
Beside our client he is using a hardphone at the same time.
After sending a CallDenial command the hardphone is still ringing.
Is there a way to send a 603 code - Decline - so that the hardphone is also stopping to ring?
If not, is this on the roadmap?

Hello Arturas,
we have taken some Wireshark Traces - see attachement
As we can see the traffic from the AAMS to the CSDK Client is tagged with 46 - QoS Enabled
But traffic from the CSDK Client to the AAMS is not tagged, so QoS not enabled
Any hint how to enable QoS from CSDK Client to the AAMS?

Hello Evgeny,
we had once the issue that we got a 502 Bad Gateway from the AAWG as the memory has benn 100% consumed.
Also we have the impression, that from time to time requests are coming to slow from the AAWG or missing.

All,
we are facing inssues with the AAWG at a customer installation running frequently into memory issues (up to 100% consumed).
We have installed AAWG 3.8.1.1 in Profile 1.
As a first resolution we have given additional memory and CPU as defined for profile 2.
This help for about 24 hours, now we are back with the memory issues.
We have about 25-30 agents with around 2000 calls between 7:30 – 16:30
Any idea?

All,
we have an issue within a customer installation where the Mediaserver / Webgateway is not sending a ringback when we are dialing another extension.
Within the Optim Trunk between CM and ASM the value "Initial Ip-IP Direct Media" is enabled.
As soon as we disable this option we are getting a ringback.
Does the AAWG support Early Media?

Hello JS CSDK Team
we are using the method call.getUserToUserInfo().getUCID() within the JS CSDK to get the UCID of a call.
Working fine in our lab.
For some reason this entry is empty within a given customer installation.
Can you please give us some information how this can be enabled?
AVAYA partner who is maintaining the system has no idea.
