Hi,
Did anyone fine a solution for this?
I am facing the same issue.What I noticed is that the infinite campaign does not read the updated contact list. What I did is: I created a finite campaign tat runs lets say every 20 minutes. This worked fine for a while. But after a day or so, i could see that the contacts import job goes into an error state & then the campaign also gets stuck with the status - Queued.
My query is -
My understanding was that Infinite Campaign would automatically read the updated contact list & call the callers in the updated contact list .. but looks like this isn't happening. What would be the best way to achieve the above scenario?

Hi,
I m trying to upgrade the Avaya Aura Contact Center Soft Phone Attached Data Sample Application Download provided on devconnect to version 6.4 to incorporate Transfers for SIP calls & getting the Not Ready reason codes. I am hosting the application onto IIS. However, as soon as I upgrade the application to .net framework 4.0 & update the Norte.CCT.dll file to the latest version ; I am not able to view the control on my browser itself. Does any additional configuration need to do done for the same? Would appreciate the same.

Hi,
I have a prompt and collect node that is used for entering a 16 digit card number. I have created a grammar for the same of DTMF type - with type as digits and exact length of 16. the node works fine on the simulator. However, on hosting this to Experience Portal, when I enter a 17 digit number instead of 16, it takes only the first 16 digits and classifies it as a valid entry instead of saying that its an invalid one. I am attaching a sample application doing the same. Would appreciate help on the same.

Hi,
I have developed two call flow projects - Main and Subflow. Information is passed from the Main to the Subflow and vice versa.
I can see in my application logs that information is being passed from the Main to the Subflow. But I get the following error when on the last exit/ return node of the subflow.

Ross,
I tried it, but it gives I number which like GUID/ a session id for the call..
What I am looking to fetch is the IVR channel or port number on which the call is received.
I tried using
String sChannel= mySession.getVariableField(SCERT.FIELD_CHANNEL).getStringValue();
but in this case I get the value as 1 always - even if the call has gone to port #2 on the IVR.
Any suggestions?

Thanks Ross,
Is there a sample code where I can check the usage of this? I've never tried printing variables like session.connection.protocol.sip.callid just like that. Always used session variables like below:
sIVRSessionId=mySession.getVariableField(IProjectVariables.SESSION, IProjectVariables.SESSION_FIELD_SESSIONID).getStringValue();

Hi,
I would like to display the session:channel variable in my IVR application. Is it possible to display the channel number of the voice portal in case I am using SIP stations on the Experience Portal? I have used this previously with H323 stations and it was working fine. However,
with SIP I am getting session:channel variable as blank.
Kindly advise.

Hi,
I am aware that there's a global setting in OOAD to enable/disable barge-in detection in a call flow. Is there a way to disable barge-in only for a particular menu/ announcement in the call flow? My customer wants all callers to listen to the quick balance without any interruption. At all other menus, interruptions are allowed.
Anyone who can guide me whether this is possible?

After we add a new jdbc data source to the project and then try to create a new dbop with the existing data source, we get the following error: Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AS" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in the INTERSECT operation.

We don't thinks its an issue related to the database. Let me explain the scenario: We have an existing DD application that uses a DB connection to an existing database on SQL server. This application works perfectly fine. But when we try and add a new data source (a new database that is located on the same server), we are cannot add any new database operations. In fact, addition to the old DB source also fails and gives the collation error. The collation of both the databases is exactly the same.
We tried writing a normal java servlet that connects to both the databases, and we face no issues. But using 2 DB sources / connection strings for 2 DBs located on the same server in DD gives us an issue. As a result, we are not really able to add any new/ modify old DB operations in the DD code.
