Yes, JavaScript SDK provides minified versions only in the package.
Is there any specific requirement to use the normal library form?

Hi,
Android Sample app is built over native client SDK while JavaScript Sample app is using JS CSDK.
Native client SDK is a library used to build desktop/mobile client applications while JSCSDK is getting used for web clients.

Hi,
Looks like Away presence is set by the presence server as there is no activity by the user. You can publish the presence manually if you don't want to update the presence automatically by the presence server.

Hi,
It looks like the feature list is not updated in your case.
Can you please try few things?
1. try to re-login after adding the feature button on the server.
2. Please check few logs like "CompareFeaturesAndNotifyCapabilityChanged" or "OnCallFeatureListChanged" to identify if SO feature got added or not.
3. Make sure you see the SO feature in Notify coming from the server for "Event: avaya-cm-feature-status".
If you are still not able to find the root cause then please share the logs so we can help you.

Thanks for your query!
To use the Service Observe feature, you need to configure it as 'feature buttons' in User settings. This you can do it using accessing your SM through web portal (SMGR)
Go to Users -> Manager Users -> Search for the user which you want to configure as supervisor -> select edit.
Go to the "button assignment" tab and add "sip-sobsrv" and the agent id which you want to observe.

Can you please enable debug logging and share the logs?
Error code 309 gets reported when the called party address is not known to the server. Please check if the user 62215549 is known to the server.

It looks like errors are generated from the server.
Can you please share the logs so that we can check them in detail? Please share the details like which user you are logged in with, which user you are trying to add etc along with the logs.

Hi,
As Max registration is set to 1, it is expected behavior. The server will not allow two devices simultaneously registered and hence unregisters the first logged-in device.
How to detect?
You might get the warning/reason header explaining why user registration got canceled?
Please share the logs so that we can point you to the exact header.

Hi,
Once you receive the value for AGENT_ENABLE and other parameters from autoconfig, you need to set them in SIPAgentConfiguration.
You will find the API details here:

You can get it through UserConfiguration -> getSIPUserConfiguration() -> getSIPAgentConfiguration()/setSIPAgentConfiguration().
