Hi all,
I am preparing a Customer offer with IP Office R11 but I need to include Ip Phones with the follow specifications:
-at least 2 SIP accounts
-LDC Color Display with 4" inch
-Possibility to have until 4 expansion modules.
Do you know if Avaya has a IP Phone with this specifications?

We have review the document you sent but al the information is relative to SQL database, and we want to use the Postgres database included in the Avaya Collaboratory Breeze environment.

Hi,
many thanks for your answer. I did the process that you described but some I am doing wrong because I am receiving a error when I launch the workflow.
"Invalid Argument! CallID cannot be empty..."
I am linking the input mapping with the UCID but it doesn't work.

Hi,
I am trying to include a Create process task in my work flow but when I try to manage the input mapping and the output mapping, I receive the follow message.
"Schema is not valid.
Details:
Input Schema: Schema cannot be empty. One or more properties required to obtain a valid schema are not set correctly."
Is there anyone who knows what may be happening and how can I take it?

We are trying to read/update from and to a Postgres DB in the Avaya Breeze Engagement Designer. To set that up we have tried to use the default postgres database, but we can't access it from the PGAdmin to configure it and prepare the tables that will be used. We also tried to create a new postgres DB but we don't know how to make it accessible to the Avaya cloud.
is there anybody can help to us?

yes, you can use Fwd task and the call is transfer blinded to the destination number.

I am not able to reach the breeze. I am working in the Avaya Collaboratory environment and maybe it is blocked this kind of access.
I will see how I can change it but I am not sure to be able to do it.

Hi all,
I am working in Avaya Collaboratory environment with ED trying to create a WFD.
First step is "make a call" and the second step is callRest Service trying to reach a AWS DB with URL http://ec2-3-130-143-12.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com/parkings
Unfortunately it doesn't work and I receive this message error. "Error encountered during execution of REST Service task: NoRouteToHostException: No route to host"
Do anybody know where can be the problem or how I can to fix the issue?
Attached the workflow with the issue.

Hi
I have created in my Avaya Collaboratory lab a WF on the Engage Designer just with a Real Speech, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Honestly I dont know what can be happening, because the workflow star correctly but when it reach the "Real Speech steep" it is stopped.
Anybody have idea where can be the problem?
