Hi!
We are using the named pipe API to query the current state of Avaya Workplace (version 3.19.0.72.19)
Finding the right pipe and connecting to it seems to work smoothly, but while the agent is doing calls, we are not receiving the corresponding "vnd.avaya.clientresources.Call.v1.1" objects as response to our "vnd.avaya.clientresources.call.GetCallsRequest.v1.1" requests sent over the pipe.
In most (i.e., 9 of 10) cases, we just get a plain "vnd.avaya.clientresources.call.GetCallsResponse.v1.1" without calls inside (despite the agent being in a call).
Any ideas how to proceed?
Thanks in advance,
Marc

Hello,
I want to get a notification whenever an agent accepts and ends a call using his or her softphone. Does it provide the "named pipe" external app API? Or do I have to revert to TSAPI?
Thanks for your support!
Best,
Marc

Great, thank you!
For potential readers: I compiled the sample app and ran it. After logging in (using localhost), I am seeing the "AvayaCSDK-username" pipe on my PC and will now start interacting with it from my external application.
Thanks again for the quick help!
Best,
Marc

Hi,
I want to use the external application API to get a stream of call UpdateEvents for an agent.
What is the easiest way to test this? Is there a "mock" CSDK that I can use to script calls for automated tests?
Thanks in advance!
Marc
