We have upgraded 7.2.3 OD apps to 8.10.06.01 and a reusable module that works fine in the old environment, when trying to access in the new environment, we get the following error

22/01/2024 08:10:47:792 ERROR - D4F92D814AAEC3B8BB27E364C13FE7AE:/TMI_MBSA_003 : com.avaya.sce.runtimecommon.SCERuntimeException: Module "SF_TMI_GetTINModule" was not accessable in the development environment at code generation time. Unable to determine the input parameters for the dialog.

What does this mean and how do we resolve it?

Correct, I am using Windows 11.

I have been using multiple versions of OD 7.X through 8.X with no issues on Windows 11 at all with testing, building, exporting...

I have OD 7.2.3.0803 using POM PDC .145 with no issues. I have the issue when going to use the POM PDC .146 or .147.

This is the first time I am trying to upgrade a POM 7.x application to OD 8.X for POM 4.0 support, so I will try to see if 8.1.2 will load the PDC.

I have attempted this multiple time with different OD versions and it results the same way- a corrupt palette.

I appreciate your videos- they do show that this can be done successfully- which I completely would think would work, but for some odd reason, it is not working for me.

I have added PomPDCInstallerSite_4.00.01.146.jar to OD 8.1.0.0601 and after the restart I get the error Could not create the view: com.avaya.sce.navigator.view and I have to reinstall eclipse to resolve this with no path forward on adding the PDC. I have successfully added PomPDCInstallerSite_4.00.01.145.jar to OD 8.1.0.0601 with no issues but failures with .146 and .147.

What needs to be done to allow OD 8.X to use the .146/7 PDCs?

We had our customer open a ticket with Avaya- this was the answer

"you will need to upgrade to a later version of 7.2.3 on the MPP. The patch version 0558 contained a bug that caused the DTMF to show as OPT#0xf132dc40. It is fixed in 7.2.3.0.0562 or later, with 7.2.3.0.0580 being the latest available and what I would recommend you install. "

Was there any resolution to this- we are experiencing the same issue after and upgrade from AEP 7.1.0 to AEP 7.2.3

How do I obtain the sample Lex OD Application?

Was there ever a response on where to find the sample OD application using the AWS Lex? I would like to obtain the sample OD application. I have checked both 7.2.2 and 7.2.3 and cannot find the sample application. Thank you.

I have loaded a custom error handler via the EPM and when looking at the directory on the MPP for the error handler all the files, even the avaya error handler is zero bytes in length.

I suspect some type of permissions/access issue between the MPP and the EPM for the MPP to download the latest copies of the files.

To verify this, I manually copied the error handler to the /opt/Avaya/ExperiencePortal/MPP/web/handlers directory and verified it works fine, however after some period of time, the files are all zero bytes again.

Appreciate some direction on what to look at to resolve this issue.
