We get the error while processing response in data element itself

It doesn't proceed with next step <assign> element.

<data> element syntax used is as per VXML standard.

What is the correct syntax to be used with MozJS 52 as per the product requirement. Please advise.

Hi,

We have VXML 2.1 application deployed in MPP server 8.1.2 .
It has the data element to call the rest service and get the data.

MPP fails to process this line and throws @2023-05-15 19:56:23,269|PAVB_03049|ERROR|VB|2331|Session=aplucvuidv132-2023135125544-6|ECMA script error exception. Description = Unspecified script error occured|aplucvuidv132####

Same script works in MPP 8.1.1 and no issue observed.

Please check and advise whether any issue with latest MPP version 8.1.2 and solution to fix it.

Attached VXML, trace log and the VB log

We need to advise customer on how they can pass the data. Please assist on it.

Current WebRTC SDK doesn’t provide option to set the Oceana context “data” element key/values.
Reference client has jar “classes.jar”. It does set the parameter based on the attributes configured from Settings page.
It also hard codes PrimaryChannel("VOICE") and Platform("ANDROID") in AMCProviderImpl file. AMC puts these params into data tag when create context.
We have to pass additional params and there is no way to set it with current SDK.
Is there a way to modify the source to set the other parameters or how do we pass additional details without touching library?

First, create Context with Schema.
Then using context store REST Put Data to store data.

Hi,

I wanted to store additional details in context store and then use it in Oceana workspace to display.
Looks like there is schema validation and it doesn't allow to add new fields.

I have added field Type, Name and it throws an error. Please advise how to pass the additional data.

Hi Wilson,

Also when I look at tomcat access log, same request is hitting after 9 minutes for one of the issue call.

Session was terminated around 11.09 and then again the request triggered at 11.18.

I have attached the access log for session 819A8633BF135BDB4D81CDA0733D1679.

Can it be that incoming tomcat socket connections are not cleared around that time, in hung state and then it all released after 10 minutes?

Couldn't conclude it as aesconnector could get the call info and it is getting logged in the aesconnector trace log during issue period.

Issue happens for short period and recovers automatically.

Hi Wilson,

There is badfetch error.badfetch.http.905 .
In Application approot, it handles the runtime and badfetch to transfer the call.
MPP triggers the exception handler flow. It times out and continuously calling the exception handler flow.

Network team looked at their log and informed that there is no issue.
Application is not getting the request.
It is strange that both WAS is having issue and recovering around the same time.

This issue is happening in production. It is not reproducible and doesn't happen in UAT.
Please advise whether there is any possibility for the requests getting buffered at the system level or anything .

We have Avaya OD 7 application deployed in tomcat 8.
There are 2 WAS servers and it is set to load balancing in AEP. Maximum 10 concurrent calls are hitting AEP.
once/twice in a month around 11 to 12 AM in the morning, there is no request found on the access log and MPP couldn't reach the WAS server. It recovers automatically without any service restart.
We couldn't see any CPU/Memory spike and all looks normal.

WAS is not getting the request when initiated from MPP and it all received later at the same time when the issue is resolved.
Please advise what could be the reason. Can it be that it is continuously hitting the error handler flow and the connection is being blocked?. We dont see much concurrent request coming to Error handler as well.

We are checking on the 404.
Please advise on the possibility to not catch the event in application even though there is explicit error.badfetch.http.404 in AppRoot.
We want to catch and handle it in application.
It should work when there is explicit catch but strangly it doesn't work.

Hi,

We have Avaya OD 06.00.11.03 application deployed in tomcat 6 and AEP 6.
error.badfetch.http.404 thrown intermittently for a servlet/nodes across the flow.


We have added catch block in app root to handle it but it doesn't catch the error. It is caught in MPP level and transferred.
In below log menu is offered and it throws 404 upon input selection but it is not caught in the global handler.
Only removing session in trace log after the prompt and collect.

Please advise what could be the reason.
should i add other error catch blocks to check or is there a reason for it?
difference is, catch block is there for all erros in working module.
error happens in menu node in working module and prompt and collect in failing one.
Please assist to advise.
