The support to Oracle Weblogic 14c was introduced in the latest OD 8.1.2 with the Jira AAOD-627 (Update Oracle Weblogic to version 14c or later). Evidence on the OD 8.1.2 Release Notes ( https://support.avaya.com/css/secure/documents/101083450 ) on page 3.
The same doc, on page 9, section "Runtime environment", says:

Summary:
Officially there is no support for the Oracle Weblogic 14.1.1 with the platform 8.1.2, but you can use it with the designer 8.1.2. When you export the .war file on the designer, there is one single servlet container option for the Oracle Weblogic (se picture below) regardless the version used with the designer.

Tip:
Devconnect suggests to align the application server version (at least the main release, ex. Apache Tomcat 9.x) used by the platform to the one used by the designer, in order to avoid any incompatibility.

• If you want to use the Weblogic 14c with the OD 8.1.2, there is a known issue (Relese notes , see link above, on page 5)

java was started but returned exit code = -805306369


a) This happens when mostly corrupted workspace osgi cache.

A solution is to switch the workspace to a new location and import all projects from previous workspace. Additionally, reinstall Eclipse.


Another solution is to run Eclipse with the '-clean' parameter as:

eclipse.exe -clean

After some time, Eclipse should clean up, the workspace selection dialog should pop up so you should be able to start Eclipse normally. The '-clean' parameter is documented in the eclipse help.

If you get this error when the workspace already set up, type on the CMD the command as follows

java -version

In case the answer is

"Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit."

try to restart your machine;



b) Sometimes one of the class file/ multiple class files in a project was/were corrupted.



c) Feel free to take a look at the Eclipse logs located at <workspace_directory>/.metadata/.log searching for more detailed info.

The error message is from the platform (the EP). Basing on the EP documentation, PSESM00002 error means that "The connection between the SessionManager and vxmlmgr processes encountered problems. The vxmlmgr process was either stopping or restarting".

What exactly does it mean "the Voice Browser hangs up" ? Do you see any error message ? The OD 7.2.3 and 8.1.2 are using the same AVB/VXI 7.2.1.5

Not at all. In this way you can immediately recognize the operator (AND/OR) and all conditions. You can also quickly get more complex statements.

What Wilson suggested on the old post is the proper way to setup the "If"-"AND"/"OR"-"conditions".
