Hello.
On my OD 8.1.0 I don't see Tomcat commands (start, stop, reload) on the main bar as on the attached picture. How to make them visible ?

Hello.
When installing OD 8.1.0 for the first time, after setting up Tomcat 9.0.39 and Java 1.9, I need to import some projects from OD 7.2.3 (using Tomcat 8.5 and Java 1.8). Is it recommended to import the runtimeconfig .war and runtimeconfig.zip files from OD 7.2.3 and deploy them on Tomcat 9.0.39 (as I do on AEP)?

Hi. On AOD 8.1.0, when I create an app and try to run, an exception rises up on trace log /Console as follows
" SEVERE: Servlet.init() for servlet [loadconfig] threw exception
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/httpclient/protocol/ProtocolSocketFactory "
This happens with all apps, including basic ones. Any idea what is the cause and how to fix that ?

Thanks. I see a variable with the same name of the node. How to save the catched event (noanswer, busy) into that variable?

Hi guys.
Into a transfer node, I need to catch four custom events: busy, no answer, network busy, invalid number.
I created, at the form level :
Catch<event="busy.">
> Return Event <threshold= 0">
> Throw <event="Busy", message="The called party was busy">
Catch<event="noanswer">
> Return Event <threshold= 0">
> Throw <event="NoAnswer", message="The called party did not answer">
Catch<event="network.busy">
> Return Event <threshold= 0">
> Throw <event="NetworkBusy", message="The network was busyr">
Catch<event="invalid.number">
> Return Event <threshold= 0">
> Throw <event="InvalidNumber", message="The number was not valid">
Questions:
- are settings above correct to catch busy, no answer, network busy and invalid number events (the status of the transfer)?
- where I can find a full list of the proper event names to put on the Catch item?
- Documentation says that Return Event sends the thrown events back to the application. After a transfer, is it possible to store the catched event sent back (busy, no answer, network busy or invalid number ) into a variable ?
Thanks.

Trace.log as follows.
The Database connection timeout problem raises up after the DB statement (Executing DB Statemet in the trace.log).
It's not getting caught in the normal try catch block with db query or with SQL exception.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The only problem I can see on the tsapi_trace.txt is
2021-07-01 05:29:19,688 [GetEventThread] INFO TsapiEventQueue - Putting event CSTAEvent[CSTAUniversalFailureConfEvent]@7b239246. EVENT Q SIZE = 2 MAX Q SIZE = 2 for TSProvider[#2]@5a701768
this happened a few moments before the error message on the trace.log.
Neither error number nor error description is visible. I used debug level=4 on the trace. Do I have to increase the level to fetch additional info ?

Last thing: Is it possible to perform a blind or consultation transfer with CCXML? I'd like to freed up all ports when the customer picks up the phone.

Ok, thanks.
Just a clarification:
Scenario: VXML app - consultation transfer node to connect caller to collee.
Call flow: the node is transferring the call -> callee's phone rings -> the callee picks up the phone (the transfer is now completed) -> a presentation .wav file is played to the callee, after that the callee starts talking to the caller.
Is it possible to implement this scenario with just VXML? or CCXML has to be involved?
