Hi John,
I tried . I throws a error message "No suitable matching rules could be found " .
I tried to see the service provider that I have configured. It has options for calling party, called party rules etc. But does not mention call notification specific setting anywhere .
Can you suggest me the place to change service provider settings for call notification.
Thanks & Regards /Ashok.

Hi,
I was wondering whats the difference between User Profile web service and Subscriber Management web service? There seems to be a overlap ,as both help in obtaining the ACE user info .
User Profile says - users locally and across the federation ,
Subscriber Management says - query subscriber information either locally or globally. Here federation and information globally is different in anyway ?
Cheers/ Ashok.

Hi John , Thanks for the tips. I'll do the suggested connections.
Hi Joel , I am using WSDL (XML) code in an IDE called soapUI. I am not using .NET, Axis, JAX-WS, etc? I would like to use AXIS .Do you have pointers to a good WSDL-Asis example to so as to get a head start .

Hi ,
I was trying the below getCallHistory WSDL example and got the below error : ADDRESS_NOT_REGISTERED.
I can see the address "tel:1701" in ACE admin web page , but not able to figure why I get such an error . Any suggestions?

Thanks Paul.
>you could install ACE in your lab.
We dont have the recommended hardware cos we dont have a budget to purchase it .
Can we install ACE on other non -recommended hardware too?
Do you know if there is possible issue that needs to be taken care of when installing ACE on non recommended hardware ?
Thanks & Regards / Ashok

Hi Wilson,
(apology for delayed reply)
Yes , the customer seems to be using cticonnector and thats why they are getting different 4-digit number each time .
Coming back to the original question , can we check the error/exception cause , by using
1) SCERuntimeException or
2) ddlastException or
3 combination of both
if yes what would be your suggestion as best approach ?
Thanks & Regards / Ashok.

Hi Wilson,
I had a similar doubt . Can we see the 4-digit number in ddlastException , which was related to this issue .
Thanks & Regards /Ashok.
