Hi Expert,
Since CSDK quotation can only be done by piece part, I would like to query how to piece part SA and UA in A1S? One of our partner is try to quote CSDK for a customer demo, but they don't know how to do the service part quotation. Thanks!

Hi Experts,
We got a CSDK IOS VERSION compatibility issues in a bank customer IVVR project, since so far CSDK can only support IOS 9 and above, but our bank customer need IOS7/8 support too for customer friendly. we need to confirm:
A? Do we have any plan to support IOS 7 and above?
B? When will the CSDK can support IOS 7 and above?

Hi John,
Thanks for your response.
Do you have any clues for the 2nd question. When we use dropOQContact whille the contacts alreay present to agent, there will be some error description instead of error code returned. For sometimes, the webchat client app don't know where exactly the onctact is, queued or assigned? But if there is no error code returned, the client app can't catch the error.
We got some response from R&D,they suggest to raise the question to Devconnect to confirm whether it's a product issue? If it is a product issue, Devconnect can request a GRIP. R&D don't handle this kind of question directly report from SI before Devconnect give confirmation.

1. Whether the DropOQContact can be used while the contact is alerting on agent side?
2. Whether we can get the return error code rather than the error description when failed to call DropOQContact?
