Hi Audrey,
The product is the Avaya IQ Data Export SDK
I'm not sure what extra information you may need. Pleas advise?
Best regards,
David

Hi,
When trying to use the IQ Data export service I get the following error - "DATAEXPORTERROR00021 Do not have the right license".
Both the "CCR Real Time Data Export" and the "CCR Historical Data Export" Licensed Features are showing as on.
Any ideas what the issue may be?

Thanks Marcelo, this is now working for me.
Out of curiosity, is there anywhere in Experience Portal that would show me the line that my vxml was failing on. Not just for the default error but in the main application as well? I have used previous vxml browsers that would highlight the exact vxml line that it identified syntax error on but I can’t see an equivalent in EP.

In my current Orchestration Designer IVR project I have a call to a webservice via some java script. The call is sometimes slow, is there a way to use the fetchaudio command to play a message while the javascript runs. If so where do I set the fetchaudio?

Hi,
I have an error handler for my IVR app in Experience Portal that seems to be ignoring my Transfer command. Code is as follows –
<error>
<prompt xml:lang="en-US">
<audio src="technicalProblem.wav">
The system is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.
</audio>
</prompt>
<transfer name="blindTransfer" dest="sip:2105960@VM.MERHOSTING.local" type="blind" />
<prompt xml:lang="en-US">
<audio src="technicalProblem.wav">
The system is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.
</audio>
</prompt>
<exit/>
</error>
The 2nd audio prompt I have added just for testing. When the app errors it plays the audio file twice but does not do the transfer.
Any suggestions on what could be the cause?
Best regards,
David
