I am using Softphone instead of hard phone. The function that is working with hard phone to accept call is not working with Softphone.

Here is what I am using with hard phone using third party control something like this

We are using DMCC .NET C#
ThirdPartyCallController.CallIdentifier ringingCallIdentifier = new ThirdPartyCallController.CallIdentifier(ThirdPartySoftDeviceId, RingingCallId);
_serviceProvider.getThirdPartyCallController.AnswerCall(ringingCallIdentifier, null);

Is there any snap-in that can retrieve call using ucid and forward the call to an agent?

Calls will be put in queue as they arrive. We need to pull highest priority call from the queue and forward to an agent. I am looking for a way to accomplish this.
