Hi,
Currently we are getting UUI data length of only 32 in DLG. Is there any way to increase this length? We are using latest versions of all the components involved.

We are randomly getting the following exception in CCT on disonnection. We are unable to find how we can avoid this exception. Can you please help us to sort out this thing? Our application is getting crashed due to this exception.

Hi,
I am little confused about the behavior of hdx in case of multiple concurrent requests. For example I have set timeout of an hdx request to 20 seconds and make 2 calls back to back. What will happen to the second call while first call is still waiting on hdx request?
In my case as soon as I am getting hdx request for second call, I am not able to reply to the hdx request for the first call. It looks like only one hdx request is active at a time. is this correct?

While I was searching on forum, I have come across couple of other SDKS/API. Do you think any of following can serve the purpose.
HDX
RSM
RTD
Again I am not able to find any documentation. Can you please point me to some documentation about these? What additional component/server would be required to use any of these? Are these licensable?

Hi, It's a long time I am posting on this thread. I have the same question but for the newer version of cs1000e. Would it be possible to connect AES with CS1000e 7.6? If we use TR-78 option to integrate AES with CS 1000e, will the AES provide advance routing capabilities? If not, what options are available to develop third party routing applications to be used with CS 1000e?

Let me try to rephrase it:
We have faced a problem, the scenario is:
We have two VDNs 1500 and 1501 using same vector with conditionally adjunct to a tsapi based routing application otherwise "queueto skill 1st ". 1st skill is 2500 for VDN 1500 and 2501 for VDN 1501
When a call arrived on VDN 1500
The Adjunct was sent to a tsapi based routing application
The application routed the call to an agent
The agent answered the call, Initiated a transfer to the VDN 1501 and completed the transfer instantaneously(Fast/blind transfer).
At this point current VDN of the call should be 1501
when call arrived at 1501, conditional Adjunct step was skipped and "QeueuTo skill 1st" was executed. When "QueueTo skill 1st" step was executed, instead of queuing to the Skill 2501, the call was queued to the skill 2500. VDN override is Y for both VDNs. If we call second VDN directly or we transfer an ACD routed call to second VDN, it works perfectly. The problem happens only when we transfer an third party routing application routed call to the second VDN.
Following are the version information:

Currently I don't have the information about switch version and yes I was able to reproduce it in lab.

Moreover always use cstaSysStatStart. Probably the link between AES and Switch could have been flapped.

That means there is no way to prevent Called Number from being overwritten by extension when performing cstaRouteSelectInv().
