Thanks for the response Shantanu, that means I've to re-initiate the entire process of creation-registration-callback method handling. But what will happen to the state of existing operation? Will it gets lost or do we have any class to sustain of the ongoing operation and patch it with the newly instantiated provider?

Have developed CTI client using JTAPI for AES 6.x version. Code is working properly. But in actual the site has two AES servers working in HA mode. I have configured both server's address using 'System.setProperty("com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.servers","first_AES_ip:port,second_AES_ip:port")' So at the time of Agent login, program will load the services from servers(which ever is up) and use the respective tlink to proceed further with CTI functionalities(call control, agent state change, agent logout etc.)

My query:-
Suppose Agent logged in to first AES and engaged into some operation or sitting idle and the first server went down.
1. So how the client will connect to second server. Do i've to write another bunch of code to get services again with second server? If yes, do I have to write this in "providerOutOfService" or "providerShutdown" overriden methods? Do i have to again add listeners(provider listener & call listener to terminal)?
2. How will I switch back to first server?
3. If the above operations are automatic and API will take care. How will I tell my program to use different TLINK credentials for both servers( tlink, username & password are different for both servers).

When I'm holding the call, 'terminalConnectionHeld(CallControlTerminalConnectionEvent)' method is getting called. But when I'm retrieving or unholding the call none of the method is getting called, Please let me know what is the signature of the method which gets invokde when I unhold the call. Do I've to add any other listener? Am I missing something.

I'm developing an Agent Desktop Application for POM which can perform the basic operations of Logon/Logoff, Consult/Transfer/Conference etc. I'm refering POM developer guide. But I'm not getting any idea how my program will get notified about any event of call state change, Agent state change or any notifications like New Call, agent capabilities etc.

What I did till now:-

1. Imported the three dll(s)
2. Wrote a program and initialized the library.
3. Created two classes AgentHandler & ServerHandler which implements POMAgentHandlerInterface & POMServerHandlerInterface respectively.
4. Created an Agent -
POMAgentHandlerInterface agentHandler = new AgentHandler();
POMAgent agent = POMAgentFactory.getPOMAgent(agentID, agentHandler);
agent.AGTLogon(agentExt, pwd, isForce, locale, timeZone, zone);

Now what I've to do and how I will get the response/notifications from the POM/PAM. How to capture in program?

No Smith, i didnt got any error while importing, just got one warning to upgrade the workspace, So I proceeded with yes option, I checked now, in the application, according to the program, this file should lie under one sub flow but its not there, As you said, I think this file is orphaned.

Found out one workout to remove errors, just replacing "com.avaya.sce.runtime.Condition" with "com.avaya.sce.runtime.Expression" that fixed out the error, Please suggest whether its healthy for the application to do such change or not.

I'm als the same issue, i've closed/opened project, restarted eclipse, but nothing worked out, please help if anyone has the solution for this...

Means what i interpreted from your message is that, we've to create a new speech project which will only have the particular subflow functionality what we want to achieve and then we've to export it as war and in place of the subflow we've to make use of it as a reusable module upon importing to the main application.

One query, if at any point in the application we want to get the session data or any app variable value, will it be same for entire application even in the imported reusable module too?
