Did you get it resolved? I am facing the same problem when I try to get a data returned from web service. I am using AIC 7.2.6. Please let me know.

I got this resolved and posting if anyone needs this.

I added all the libraries used for web service calling into the generated jar file and it worked. I tried putting all libraries in a separate folder but it didn't work, then added all the jars/libraries into the generated jar but still having issues, then I extracted all the required jars into the generated jar and it worked. Hope this help someone. Also, if anyone has any clue why the other methods didn't work, please let me know.

I have a main flow and several sub flows. In the main flow, I am using the following code to generate the next node:

In the main flow, it is working Okay. But when going inside a subflow, the above code is getting a node's name from database but it is saying that the node doesn't exist.

i.e. in the subflow "bill_node" the code gets branch name "getBillAudio" which is also a servlet node inside the same subflow. But in simulator, it says the "getBillAudio" is not found.

Hi Wilson, I am explaining the issue more elaborately. I have developed the application in a development environment, where:
1. I can't have any caller id either using session:ani or cticallinfo:ani.
2. So, I have just hard-coded a caller number for testing purpose.
3. The application works fine, with simulator & even making my development pc as the app server, the app is ok.

But when I tend to move to go live, I just change the hard-coded value to cticallinfo:ani to get the caller number.
In live environment:
1. We use IR, not VP.
2. session:ani doesn't get any value, so we use cticallinfo:ani
3. The application just stops before a specific node which has no connection with cticallinfo:ani.

I am giving a snippet of my log where a caller just does an registration. U can see every servlet is called, but the prompts that resides in the servlets are not played.

Here the caller calls -> app gets caller identity, entry time, checks if the caller is registered, if not, asks to be registered, the caller registers, the app sends web request & has to acknowledge and say good bye. The acknowledgment+good bye(servlet read & exit) part doesn't play the prompts, where it plays ok if I hard-code the caller number & doesn't use cti connector.

I removed the CTI connector from the old project and imported it, The error vanishes, but while generating this newly imported project, it generates the same error about the ListNumber.java.

Thanx for your quick and countless response. But my problem persists. I have a phraseset file named ListNumbers, where I have an external audio built by overriding 'hookGetPhrases'. In this same method, I worked my earlier project.

But now, I see an error from the dialogdesigner.log and none of my class files are being auto-generated by the DD.

One more thing, I have thanks.java file in application's WEB-INF/src/flow directory, but there is no thanks.class generated in WEB-INF/classes/flow directory. Why is that? I tried every method suggested by the developers' guide but this class is not generated.
