How do I recover from below error without restarting my dmcc application:
[CM:192.168.XX.CC:3900:0] : CM Connection lost - protocol timeout: URQ timer, tried 2 times.Possible problem(s) include:
1. Network connection is not working or is congested

It seems to be a connectivity issue between CM and AES.

The Error(0x8004503a) unable to set audio input, means that it is not able to detect your speech input.
Is your microphone correctly installed ? Run a quick diagnostic check to confirm that your microphone is working and is able to recognize your speech input.
Make sure you are not running OD via Remote Desktop, microphone input is not available via remote desktop.

My issue is resolved. There was a pair of extra inverted commas "" in the dynamic url for webservice call and so it gave parsing error.

Hi... The issue which I faced is resolved. Found that there was a special character which was not supported by the OS. So check if there is any special character in the name or anywhere in or around that particular code, except "_".

hi I John my principal problem is about to set intrinsics variables from AEP; in this way I use your example called XferToCDNwUUI_2013Apr19Project; I don't know why I could not see anything in my intrisics variables declared over AACC in the agentdesktop; but I can see UUI content
For this reason I took the other example that is in the manual attached in the page 9; but that method there is not in my webservice like you can see in my attach screen_from_my_server so I don't watch the name of method that is in the manual

so for me is necessary to set values in the intrisics fields

my AACC is 6.3 with SP10

I dont know where to ask this question: inside OD or AES threads.
one of our client decided to move server with IVR to other city.
they didnt change anything inside this server, network configuraton is the same.
after running on new location IVR cant connect to AES using JTAPI.
Im not familiar with AES confioguration,so the questions I have are:
1) do we have to change something in AES configuration?
2) do we have to open some more ports for comunication in firewal besides port 450 (written in tsapi.pro) ?
3) is there any other things we should check?

I had the same issue and found out we could not use IC or AES connectors.
Not sure if this will help, but we had to delete the logic using the connectors and uncheck
the Pluggable Connectors

I had multiple grammars under the choices and it did not like that!!!!!

Testing an application in simulation, speech and DTMF, and it follows the flow as programmed.
When trying it through experience portal, the first option is always taken, even though the trace shows
the DTMF or speech as correct.

In the menu node, I have the prompt, choices and after each choice the speech rec and DTMF grammar.
I tested by not entering/saying anything and the "No Input" works fine.

Any idea(s) on what I need to look at or may be missing to correct this?

The Tomcat instance is specifically for OD 6.

The workspace is brand new as well.

I was albe to get that problem resolved by updateing the WebLM information in Eclipse.

The AES in the lab is 5.2.1.103.0. We have tried different versions of the SDK from 5.2 to 6.3 all of which are producing the same results. In the G3 trace after the make call event we have numerous references to the UserInfo and they all look like this..

We know that the AES/CM is allowing apps to set UUI via TSAPI directly in such apps as EMC/CCE. Yet when using this code, although we can control the station just fine using DMCC, the UserInfo is never set. So maybe there is a known issue with this version of AES where TSAPI events being called using the DMCC SDK don't work correctly. I was thinking of deploying a newer version of AES in the lab for testing purposes.
