Hello, Dirk,
I think we will need logs to understand the root cause.
Thanks,
Artem.

Hello, Dirk,
Yes, executing call.startRinging() should resolve the issue for you. Please share JSCSDK logs in case that doesn't help so that we can help you troubleshoot it further.
Thanks,
Artem.

Thank you for your feedback, the link to Client SDK 4.1 for Windows will be fixed as soon as possible.
In order for us to help you debug the audio issue we need to review the logs that your client generates, specifically Client SDK logs. Client.LogMessage interface helps capture Client SDK logs in the application if the standard .NET log routing is not an option.

Hi Julio,
Before you make a SetVideoMode() call, check UpdateVideoModeCapability on your Call object. If the capability is not allowed, the operation cannot be handled by CSDK at that particular moment. The capability may, and probably will, become available later. When a capability property value changes, the application gets a CapabilitiesChanged event from the Call object.
If that doesn't help, can you enable and collect Client SDK logs?
Best regards,
Artem Tsarev
