HI. Where do you see this error, on the AEP ? Are you able to collect logs ? It sounds in your customer's environment something happens 50% of the time causing this issue.

a) You can try to re-generate the web.xml if you are able to remove the old one from the project. Follow all steps below to get a new regenerated web.xml.

a1) Back up the existing web.xml and remove it from the project;
a2) Copy in a new web.xml from a blank new project which you have to first create;
a3) Use the context menu option 'Project' -> 'Generate' -> 'Generate Project' to get all the new content generated in the new web.xml.


b) Make a small change like moving a node slightly then save the new flow editor. The "Save" action will cause the web.xml file to be regenerated. You would have to do that for every flow file in the project.


c) Any backup of the working web.xml file ?
If YES, just restore it. If NO, try to follow steps a) and/or b).
In a future perspective, make a backup of all your important files in each project.

I'd say yes, it should work.

- Any chance to search for errors on the logs in the customer's environment ?
- What is your AOD release ? 8.1.0 or 8.1.1?
- The Java version in your environment ? The Java version in the customer's environment ?
- What is the application server in your environment ? and the app server in the customer's environment ?

You can store all values into variables then deal with variables in your own Java code. You can use the Servlet node in the AOD:

Hi. In your app, when you press '1', the call flow should go to "GetStoredNUmber", when you press '2', it should go to "BusinessRoute". In case of both 'NoInput' and 'NoMatch' , it should proceed to "InvalidEntry".

CAV stands for "Configurable Application Variable".

To configure CAVs for an application, you need to enable the PDC CAV on the AOD (see attached pictures 1 and 2). In this case, at minimum one CAV must be configured.

CAVs can only be administered through the EPM (see attached picture 3).

- The oldest OD supporting Java/JDK/JRE 8 is the 7.1.0.0.1202 (https://www.devconnectprogram.com/site/global/products_resources/avaya_aura_orchestration_designer/releases/7_1/index.gsp).
Might you use that release ? Bear in mind it's 'End of support' since December 8th 2021 so no upgrade/patches/support/etc ...

- You can upgrade your Java 7 version to 1.7.0_131-b12 (7u131), but I'm not sure this release is free of any charge.
For JRE 1.7.0_131-b12, Oracle says (https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/7u131-relnotes.html)

" TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.1 are now enabled by default on the TLS client end-points. This is similar behavior to what already

works" or "it's useful for your case".
