Unfortunately, no. Orders placed thru channel partners must be fulfilled by the channel partner/distributor. DevConnect can only handle and provide this for a order handled by our team.
Your channel partner/distributor should be able to expedite shipment.

The TSAPI SDK can be ordered via the DevConnect Procurement Catalog at https://www.devconnectprogram.com/catalog/offers (login required).
Once the procurement request is submitted and approved, an invoice will be generated, and once paid, the FTP information will be provided.
Please allow 1-2 business days for invoice generation.

Fabiano - Avaya IP Office is simply not supported on Nutanix at the product level. You should speak to your Avaya account team (or your CAM, if you are a channel partner) and have a GRIP (Global Requirements Improvement Process) request opened with the business case and need for this support.

The short answer is no. The presence snap-in runs on a dedicated instance of the Breeze Server, and does not support co-location of other snap-ins. If you have another snap-in you'd like to use, you need to install and configure a separate general-purpose Breeze Server instance.

Vadim,
DevConnect can provide additional support on SNMP MIB usage and issues, although it requires a minimum of a Support-Enabled membership level in the program, as this is not an interface for which we offer free support.
I agree that Avaya Support *should* do further investigation if there is no subtree found during the SNMP walk, and would suggest you re-open your SR and request escalation.

Just for clarity:
1. Have you removed the in-line load balancer, and does this resolve correctly? If so, it would appear to be a load balancer rule that is incorrectly rewriting the URL.
2. And just for clarity, the issue is that it really needs to maintain the /v1/prepay portion of the URL when referencing .../data/english/grammars/..., and not just the /v1/ portion itself. Correct?

Interesting... when I look at the Release 5.1 - Downloads - Product Software tab, I see links for both 5.1.0.11.1 and 5.1.0.17:

Dialog Designer Release 5.1 is available for download to all members of the DevConnect program free of charge. Note that the file is large: over 600 MB. The download includes prerequisite software: J2SE Development Kit 6.0 (JDK 6.0), Tomcat 5.5 or Tomcat 6.0, Eclipse and GEF 3.5 SDKs, Microsoft Speech SDK, Avaya Dialog Designer WebLM license server, StormCodec 7 and the optional CCXML plug-in. Instructions for installing Dialog Designer are included on the CD-ROM image and in the Getting Started with Dialog Designer, Release 5.1 guide, available under the Product Overview tab. Release 5.1 Service Pack 3 (Release 5.1.0.17)
Provided Dialog Designer 5.1 is already installed, download and extract the Service Pack JAR file to a New Archive Site, which you can then use to install the Service Pack from within Eclipse. The Service Pack contains Modification Request (MR) enhancements and fixes, described in the Release Letter available under the Release Information tab. Dialog Designer 5.1.0.17 Update (66.5 MB .jar)
