One of our customer wants to get ASAIUUI value of a call with call event. Is it possible to get ASAIUUI value using JTAPI? If yes, how ? Is it same as UCID?

Thanks Martin for reply.
Now I am able to play using VLC Network Stream option after running VLC on different PC. I have set IP address of VLC machine in station registration.
Can you suggest any media library for recording the stream?

After transfer wait for DROPPED event and then call NOT_READY method with code. It will be better if you give around 200ms sleep before calling SetNotReady.

Hi All,
We are working on recording application for Avaya Aura 10.x. We are able to register station without password. When there is a call on registered station we can see RTP data in wireshark and able to capture and play using wireshark.
But VLC media player unable to open that live stream (using Media->Open Network Stream option). It gives "VLC is unable to open the MRL 'tp://192.168.4.37:24640/audio'."
192.168.4.37:24640 is IP and port which we have given in our MR station registration. Is there any JAVA sample code available to save RTP stream into wav or mp3 file. Does Avaya Media Stack support this feature?

You can develop your server module using Avaya JTAPI sdk which can be deployed on any web server like Tomcat etc. For communication between your webpage and connector server you can use any mechanism like REST , web socket or any other mechanism which suits you.

I think behavior is correct. If you try to login agent on a station where some agent is already logged-in you will get error message that someone is already logged-in on provided station.
What do you want?

Hi All,
We are experiencing some delay in event delivery with Avaya AES JTAPI 8.1.3.6.0.8 library on load (more than 150 agents). With Avaya AES JTAPI 8.1.3.2 library(i.e. with log4j1 library) this works fine.
Is there anyone who is facing similar issue with new library? I can see there is issue(AES-28240) fix in Avaya AES JTAPI 8.1.3.6.0.8 library related to this but have doubt either this properly fixed or not.

Give full path to check in these parameters -
appender.rolling.fileName = jtapiErrors.log
appender.rolling.filePattern = jtapiErrors.log.%i
Also set rootLogger.level = error because you are using this for error log.
Trace will be generated using TSAPI.PRO if you want to control trace from log4j properties file then uncomment trace appender section (comment error appender section).
Set rootLogger.level = trace
also comment rootLogger.appenderRef.rolling.ref = JTAPIErrorFile and uncomment rootLogger.appenderRef.rolling.ref = JTAPITraceFile
