We have setup a lab and I need to create a TSPAI connection between the OD and AES.I I have noticed I don't have the user management menu in the list. I have security but I believe those users are different than CTI users.

What do i have to look under our license or is there problem with application for user management to be available .

Is there builtin grammar we can use that accept two * keys. we have user input that start with * two digits and *;however non of grammars will accpet second *. Number and phone format only accpet s single *. I have seen a grammar called touctone but I can't Find it in OD.

Seems like customs grammar Do need a LVR.

An LVR resource is required to interpret DTMF grammars. You can use only built-in DTMF

grammars without an LVR resource. All other DTMF grammars require a recognizer to

interpret them.

I am trying to run basic DTMF custom grammar in OD generated MPs app,using the MPS browser.It seems MPS doesn't accept custom generated from OD. This is what i see in my MPS browser:

I have an issue with the response time of my DB operations .Each DB operation Could take from 1 to 5 seconds.It varies greatly.sometimes it is very fast other time it is slow I just want to confirm a couple of things.I have run plain sample java queries and responses are fast and consistant.

1.When we set the JDBC source on weblogic the JNDI name should be jdbc/MyappDB not the data source name, for data source name I have name MyappDBData.

2.In the OD I have the driver name weblogic.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver. Does the paramaters in OD get exported; connection URL and username and password even used or matter as we are using the JDBC data source and all parameters are set on web logic Does it matter what is set as long the name matches jdbc/MyappDB of JDBC.

3.It seems the slow response time when I use a linux box.I have installed a test weblogic on my windows PC with exact same configuration adn my response time is much faster.Any idea why this might be happening?

we have client who want to transfer a caller whenever he/she is after he is identified within a certain groups of user which is determined using a web service request.

The client want to limit IVR time to 2 minutes maximum.

I have written a java code with time start at the beginning of application and I check for time passed in each data if it is greater than 2 minute i have transfer flag which is et it to true.

This seems to be working;however, when application get into prompts and collect since the inter-digit timeouts are 10s he can spend a good 1 to 1:30 minutes on that before we even get no match no input. this can cause the Client to go beyond the 2minutes permitted.

Does avaya have suggestion how we can limit the IVR time in any other way? Is there any solution for prompt can collect issue?

Our application need to use the # key;however, by default # is assigned are terminating char.So we tried to override it by adding an external property. I found the topic:

I get the vxml generated using the topic as following:

This VXML in our MPS browser gives out an error:

Required attribute 'value' was not provided.

so the MPS expect something like this:

<property name="termchar" value=""/>

Is there anyway was can fix this issue.

We have been feeding static VXML to our browser and that's the only own that works.Setting the termchar to 'A' didn't work.

is there anyway we can change the VXML generated.

I tested more and in this application I have module. If i disconnect in module I get this Messege.

However if I complete this application and Return i don't get the subflow messege. I have disconnect on both Approots of main and Module Should I chaneg something.


Will this effet the production in anyway.

From weblogic admin set trusted web certificate and and set ignore host to false.You need weblogic support for this btw.
