Are there any other methods of connecting to Audix, or Octel devices over ip connections? No one answered my last question, I wasn't sure if it was overlooked, or if there just isn't a way to do it...

I don't have specifics on the models yet, but I believe they are older devices. Basically I would need to interface programically with the devices to erase voice mail boxes, and set up new ones. If that's not possible through the AE Services, are there any other methods to accomplish sending commands to these devices through an IP connection? We are looking at this as a natural extension to the work we are currently doing with our communication manager interface.

Does the AES/Aura support updating/communicating with voice mail systems like Audix or Octel?

I am trying to unset, or clear a button on a specific extension using the SMS Interactive Test for the AES. I am trying to figure out the proper XML to accomplish this. I have attempted to submit the request with the XML below:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<modelFields>
<Station>
<Extension>31119</Extension>
<Button_Data_1 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_2 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_3 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_4 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_5 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_6 position="3"/>
<Button_Data_7 position="3"/>
</Station>
</modelFields>
I thought that sending the empty options, on a change operation, with the extension number as a qualifier would work. I get a status of 0 returned, so it seems like there was no problem, but the button is still defined on the extension. I tried searching for anything applicable to what I am doing but haven't found what I'm looking for. Is there a set of documentation that explains various commands that can be sent to the AES in a soap request? Including the issue I am having now?
