Thanks for your reply, but your answer relates to the ports used by CCMA for Real Time Views and not the use of the RTD SDK API (rtdview.exe etc.)

Is there any document or article that definitively states what network ports & protocols the RTD SDK uses?

We have recently seen blocked traffic on the firewall on TCP/3095 and TCP/3125 but these ports are outside the port ranges we have been advised the RTD API uses?

Fergus, or someone else, could you please email me the SDK zipped file? I have come to the end of my tether trying this on various devices (have tried another 2 today) and they all exhibit the same unhelpful behaviour.

I have tried several times to download the .Net version of the AACC7-1 Web Comms SDK, but the link it provides (after agreeing to the software agreement) simply returns me to the software agreement page WITHOUT downloading the SDK

Having looked at the Downloads section of this site, it appears that the latest version of the above (for AACC6) are.....

aacc-web-communications-sdk-6_4_15 and aacc-web-communications-jsp-sdk-6_4_2 can you please confirm?
