Hi
Is there a way to retrieve call-id from UCID?
When a consultation call happens, avaya creates a new call and also returns UCID with the events.
Is it possible to retrieve the new call-id by using UCID?

I am trying to connect Avaya phones, but getting Bad router on the phones which were previously connected to different station.
Tried resetting all the settings, but still not working. Any ideas?
