Does the BDE support playing wav files on a call via DMCC? I know the BDE description says that announcements aren't supported and I wasn't sure if that was the same thing. Also the description doesn't mention anything about DTMF detection so I assume that is supported?
Thanks,
Ben

Is there such a thing as a type of "virtual" extension that I can register my application as and then place multiple concurrent calls using it? What I'm trying to accomplish is registering my DMCC app as an extension, place a call, and when it's answered play a recording. The problem is I want to place multiple calls at the same time to different destinations. Does my app have to register at and use a different extension for every outgoing call that I want to make?
Thanks,
Ben

Hello,
At what point are DMCC licenses consumed? Say my application registers itself as a DMCC device, is a license consumed then? What if my application then makes a call, does that consume another license?
Thanks,
Ben

Thanks for your help, the Dashboard is daunting but I did get it to work. Maybe this next question is for a different forum, but what is the best way to detect those registers/unregisters in software? I had hoped to use TSAPI but I don't see any TSAPI events when I register or unregister using the Dashboard.

Hello,
I've been told that at our customer site where our application will ultimately be running, the agents "log in" to their VoIP hard phones when they get in for the day and then "log off" when they leave. Is there a way to simulate these log ins and log offs in the BDE?
Thanks,
Ben

Ok thanks. IE doesn't work for me either but it doesn't really sound like I'll need to use that anyway.

Hello,
After I login to my BDE CM and go to Administration > Native Configuration Manager it just says "Please wait for the Applet to load" and nothing happens. Has anyone else run into this? What exactly is the Native Configuration Manager? Is it something that I would actually need to use?
Thanks,
Ben
