Hi, Team
Does anybody successfully used Sample application for JS – CommunicationPackage
We have AAWG3.3, SMGR_7.1.1, SM_7.1.0, AMS_7.8, AADS_7.1, PresenceServices_7.1.
AAWG deployed as TE. We try make simple call but always fail.
AAWG send Internal error 500 and trouble to subscribe for user presence information.
AAWG log:

AAWG3.2 not connecting to AMS7.8.0.333
On AMS WebUA log
Connection attempt from IP xx.xx.xx.xx
soap.ssl=0xf7006518, s_ip=xx.xx.xx.xx
SSL accept failed.
All settigs on AAWG in accordance with Deployment guide

We need execute POM integration.
Planed use SOAP WSDL for stop and start campaign and add contacts to list
Contact count approximately may be more then 5000
But we think SOAP is very slow.
Can you suggest best practice to do this
Do we need integration directly to Database?
Finite or infinite compaign?

First VM – EPM, MPP, AppServer, POM – with trial license
Second VM – AUX EPM
System Monitor
Primary EPM Type: EPM/MPP Mode: Online State: Running Config: OK
AUX Server Type: EPM Mode: Online State: Running Config: OK
When I started Campaign with primary EPM(Voice and Video) – it’s OK
When I selected AUX Server (Voice and Video) – Campaign started but Call Attempt not successful without error and continuously repeat.
When I scheduled Campaign and stopped VPMS on primary EPM, Campaign not start.
How it does work?
May be some misconfiguration.
