I followed the steps in the developer's guide for "Converting an older project to Avaya Breeze™ 3.2"
But when I run maven install, it gives this error:

Hi,

My computer has installed EDP 3.0 and EDP 3.1.

Now I am trying to install Breeze 3.2 but I couldn't.

After running install.bat and enter the eclipse path.

I get this error (Please see attached screenshot).

What did I do wrong ?

I have a snap-in (Breeze 3.0.3) that requires recording feature.

It works in our test environment but doesn't work in production.

Here is the error:

Please verify that RealTimeSpeech is loaded or installed and license.

So after we install the RealTimeSpeech snap-in, how can we get the license ?

I was trying to upgrade my snap-in from version 1.0.0.0.0 to version 1.1.0.0.0.

But after I changed all version numbers in 4 pom.xml file from myApp, myApp-ear, myApp-svar, myApp-war, there is a red cross icon in front of myApp-ear folder but I cannot find any error in the files inside that folder and the maven-install also shows Build Success.

When I tried to install it on System Manager, its state is Error with a red cross.

What should I do to achieve my goal in this scenario ?

I am using EDP 3.0.3

And my app requires sending emails to users from "itoc@avaya.com".

I have my app installed in two environments:

In testing environment, we use account "edptest@avata.com", which does not require authentication and it allows us to send as whatever we want. So we can just assign "itoc@avaya.com" to be "from" parameter in the EmailRequest.

In production environment, we use account "engage@avaya.com", which requires authentication, and when it does that, can only send as itself.

My code works fine in testing environment as following:

I tried TEXT_PLAIN it doesn't work too.

I am using EDP 3.1.1 to send HTML email. Everything works fine but the images cannot be displayed correctly.

Also, some special characters cannot be displayed too...

Now it goes to CallListener, but the call was directly terminated and I caught the callTerminated cause: MEDIA_SERVER_FAILURE

And I don't have the permission to get the asm.log.

Let me ask the infrastructure team to grand me a root access.
