Team,
We have 2 apps Configured in the EPM for giving 2 different Experiences. we have a scenario where we need to transfer the Application from one App to Another App without SIP Involvement.
The second App uses ASR but the first App Does not. if we try with a SubDialog call the licenses are held until the complete call ends. so would like to know if there is a way to Transfer from one Application to Another configured in EPM without doing a SIP Transfer and get the call back again to EPM.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Bala

Thanks John,
I am more interested in setup the solution from Server Side without any additional Desktop Components or Complete Terminal Monitoring. Please let me know if anything that could help me on this.

Thanks MartinFlynn,
Is there any other way that we can get this information? TSAPI, RTSocket or anything without monitoring all the endpoints?
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Experts,
Scenario:
An agent is making an Outbound call from Avaya OneX.
What I am trying:
I am trying to get the called Number (ANI) that which agent used to dial. I am using the Call Snapshot API to receive the information in DMCC Dashboard.
Issue:
I always receive a Junk value (Ex: T1234) instead of the actual number Dialed in the called number field (same in JTAPI Exerciser as well). How can we get the Dialled number info without monitoring the Agent Terminal for a full set of events. does it require any additional setting to be enabled on AES to get the called number in CTI?
Please advise.

» Adding UUI Information in middle of call session using DMCC , 10/05/2018 04:49:20

Team,
I need to Add UUI Information (UserData) in the middle of a Call Session using DMCC API. I aware we can do it on Transfer / Make the call with DMCC. but is it possible to add user data to the call session when the call is active (in the middle of the call) with an agent?l
Example :
When a call is delivered to an Agent (Which does not have UUI Data attached), In the middle of the call session, we need to attach UUI, so the transfer happens on OneX (Consultation) will carry the UUI on next call leg as well.
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Experts,
With DMCC,
I need to get the Hold status of Incoming calls. The agent might have multiple calls in OneX.
I can receive the Call Information when the call is in the active state. When I put the call on Hold.
I could not get whether the Held call is an incoming call / outgoing call.
Is there any way to find whether the held call is incoming or outgoing (say multiple calls are in OneX) ?
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Experts,
Sorry that I could not find the right forum for TSAPI queries hence updating here.
Is there any method/function in TSAPI that I can get the Direction of the call (ex : Inbound / outbound),
(we can do it via CallInformation API call with DMCC).
I can get the basic CS_HOLD or CS_CONNECT in snapshot call but need to get the direction of the call(i wont capture the Call Events as this is one time poll request).
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Experts,
I have Installed TSAPI SDK, configured Multiple AES on TSLIB.INI.
I can connect one AES link at a time, wish to connect multiple AES on same server. is that possible?
Short Note:
I am trying to use TSAPI dll in C# with interop. I am able to connect one AES, while the second AES connect request hangs up while initiating (on a thread). Would like to know TSAPI SDK supports that multiple connectivity from same machine.
Thanks,
Bala

But my need is to attach user data for Blind transfer without waiting for the destination call response.
Is there any way to achieve this.
Thanks,

Hi Experts,
I am trying to do Call Control via DMCC API. I need to pass user data on Transfer scenarios.
I able to Warm Transfer and pass UserData to the destination using ThirdPartyCallController:: ConsultationCall.
But I don't see an option for attaching UserData to a cold transfer.
Is there any way to attach UserData while doing Cold Transfer?
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Experts,
Is there anyway to get UserData other than CallDelivered / Established Events.
The scenario is, My Aplication connects to AES via DMCC for call Control. But While connecting the Agent might be on Call. I am able to get the CallID / CallInformation, but how to retrive the UserData for that call ID?
Can someone help me here
Thanks,
Bala
