I check the file on my tomcat directory but there is no logs for the errors.
Can you please tell me is there any specific setting I need turn on for logs to create in 'vpapplogclient.log' file.

Other than above errors I am not getting any errors in the OD application logs.

The problem is When I am using the F5 then my call is going to Bedfetch event node (I am catching error.bedfetch event in APPRoot node).
Without the F5 the call is working fine.
I compared the trace.log file of the application for Good and Bad call. I can see there is some parameters from VPMS is missing. I am not sure this will be the issue.

I have simple OD application that takes the input from other application. After taking the input it process the data and return the value.
When I am calling this OD application using the F5 load balancer my application giving me error and call is going to the Bedfetch event node (I am catching error.bedfetch event in APPRoot node).
I am Getting the below error when checking the logs on log viewer tab of AEP:

error.badfetch.http.500 URI: AppName?___DDSESSIONID=fefefefef%3A%AppName
HTTP Error for url = "F5 Url"/AppName?___DDSESSIONID=fefefefef%3A%AppName, Method = POST, HttpStatus = 500, HTTPStatusDescription = Internal server error

If I call application without F5, it is working fine.

Can somebody help me on the above issue.

I have created the the pom custom restrictions application class for custom restrict node using the developer guide of POM.
I follow all the steps which is mention in the POM developer guide.
My custom class name is 'testCustomRestriction'. Below is the code of my class(same as in doc):

After creating the class. I created the jar file of my .class file then I copy the created .jar file on '$POM_HOME/lib/custom' folder and restart POM service by typing '/sbin/service POM restart' command.

After restarting the POM server, I Specify the fully qualified class name in the custom class name parameter of the custom restrict node.

Then, I run my campaign. After running campaign my Custom class is not worked.
I am getting the below error:

"P_POMCM006|INFO|POMCM|||External class(es) used in Contact Strategy for campaign Test are not valid or not accessible| POM server IP "

Can somebody help me to resolve the issue.

I have a OD application and I run this application on tomcat server. Before I have configured the license url on 'runtimeconfig' of tomcat and it was running successfully.

Now I have remove the license URL from 'runtimeconfig' of tomcat and keep it blank on runtimeconfig. As of my understanding if we keep the license URL blank on 'runtimeconfig' then OD application takes the License of AEP.

But when I deployed my OD application on tomcat server after removing license URL from 'runtimeconfig' of tomcat, I am getting the below error in the trace.log file of OD application:

"License: Use the license server url in VPMS instead - null
Remaining grace period 2590403586
License is bad, allowing grace period
icense refresh timer started"

Also below,

"License server URI error: java.net.MalformedURLException".

FYI, I have moved OD licenses to the WebLM servers.

Please suggest me what I need to do for above errors. Because i wanted to solve this issue ASAP.

Hello All,

I have a OD application which prompts the user to enter the number and transfer the call with the UUI. This application is currently on production and the average time of this application is in milliseconds.

For some calls, in AEP reports I see the 'Near End Disconnects' in the 'End details' column. But I checked in the application logs and I see in the logs that call is transfer successfully with the UUI.

So my question is why AEP reports showing the 'Near End Disconnects' when call is transfer?

Please let me know How I can solve this issue.

I have created the Strategy script and the Decision function script in Avaya Dynamic Routing or Business Rule Engine. After creating both the script, I have add the my Dnis entry in the Segmentation table. Then I have added my destination in the Destination column of
Segmentation table. My destination contains the list of vdn's.
Now the problem is when I select the one vdn from the drop down of list of vdn, I am not getting the selected vdn in my Decision function script. I am only getting the list of vdn instead of selected vdn.

So, can you please tell me the methods to take the vdn from the list of vdn in the Decision function script. or is there a function or variable where I get the selected vdn.
