Hi Sallam,
Thank you for your question.
Please copy folder
CommunicationPackage/sdk/iphoneos/AvayaClientServices.framework
to CommunicationPackage/sdk/ and select targeted as "<connected_iPhone>" preferably.
see following article for details:

I guess, ejay011 means com.avaya.clientservices.media.gui.PlaneViewGroup (Android).

Does it work for you if we save wav file to device and replace line
audioFilePlayer.setTone(AudioTone.RING_BACK);
with
AudioFilePlayer.setFile("/path/to/file/ringback.wav");
?

Hi,
I've found, ring tone isn't implemented in SampleApp.
To add ring tone you need add following lines in the callDidBeginRemoteAlerting:withEarlyMedia: method of the SDKManager class.
if (!hasEarlyMedia)
{
[self.mediaManager startPlayingTone: self.mediaManager toneToBePlayed: CSAudioToneRingback playInLoop:YES];
}

Hi,
thank you for your question.
You can override the method onAuthenticationChallengeCancelled of the ICredentialProvider interface to handle authentification issues (no wrong login or wrong password separately).
About AADS: if you use it, for example, for ContactService, you can handle connection errors by using ContactProviderFailed event.
user.ContactService.ContactProviderFailed += contactService_ContactProviderFailed;
private void contactService_ContactProviderFailed(object sender, ContactServiceErrorEventArgs e)
{
//e.SourceType - Enterprise or Local
// e.Error - e.g. SoureNotConnected
}
Anyway you can find only high level error info.

You can do the same steps on Android:
0) Add ringback.wav file with your tone to raw resources
1) Create and initialize new field in SDKManager class
private SoundPool mSoundPool;
private int mRingbackSoundID = 0;
private int mRingbackStreamID = 0;
private SDKManager(Activity activity) {
...
mSoundPool = new SoundPool(4, AudioManager.STREAM_MUSIC, 0);
mRingbackSoundID = mSoundPool.load(activity.getApplicationContext(), R.raw.ringback, 1);
}
2) implement following methods in the SDKManager class
public void onCallRemoteAlerting(Call call, boolean hasEarlyMedia) {
if (!hasEarlyMedia) {
mRingbackStreamID = mSoundPool.play(mRingbackSoundID, 0.99f, 0.99f, 0, /*loop*/-1, 1);
}
...
}
public void onCallEstablished(Call call) {
mSoundPool.stop(mRingbackStreamID);
mRingbackStreamID = 0;
...
}
public void onCallFailed(Call call, CallException e) {
mSoundPool.stop(mRingbackStreamID);
mRingbackStreamID = 0;
...
}

Thank you, our team is investigating.
About redirect: this is probably server side feature: voice mail or call forwarding.

Hi,
Thank you for your question.
This is UI responsobility to play ringing tone. Please refer to sample app.
For example for Windows you can do following
1) Create Sound player object in CallManager class
private SoundPlayer soundPlayer = new SoundPlayer(CommunicationSampleApp.Properties.Resources.ringback);
2) Implement following call event handlers
void CallRemoteAlerting(object sender, RemoteAlertingEventArgs e)
{
soundPlayer.PlayLooping();
}
void CallEstablished(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
soundPlayer.Stop();
}

Hi, thank you for your question.
Could you please clarify issue.
1) What platform do you use for sample app?
2) Please capture client logs (DEBUG level) for both end points.
3) is issue reproducible with another caller (not sample app)?
This is basic scenario - point2point call. Ringing tone should be played after "SIP/2.0 180 Ringing" responce is received by callee (Avaya one-x communicator in your case).

Hi,
This forum can provide support for ClientSDK packages only. The ExternalAuthorizationClientHelper is not a part of the ClientSDK. You will need to redirect your question to the right forum.

Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately there are no network quality metrics.
You can try to use the readVideoDetails method of the Call class to access actual sent/received bit rate per second.

Hi COLASChristian,
Thank you for your question.
The SDK never auto-answers a call, we simply provide info indicating whether the call can be auto-answered. It's up to the client to act on this info and automatically answer the call.
You can use Call.CanAutoAnswer property to check whether this incoming call can be answered automatically.
