I’m working with a migration project of avmed. We need to migrate to A.O.D 7, EP 7 and loquendo ASR and TTS. Actual version in production use Voice Portal 5 and for dtmf they are not using remote processing. I’ve checked production environment and DTMF grammars are not being processing remotely. Do you know if there is some configuration to add in EP to fix that. Thanks, Ariel
