Dear all,

Need help in AAOD on how to prompt an email address to caller. Currently having difficulties for this as AAOD could not recognize -: "@" , ".", etc....
Btw, I'm using audio variable as customer do not have TTS.

Are you having trouble speaking the prompt or getting back the response? Can you use a phraseset to record the prompt? An audio variable uses the localization bundle to speak the message.

Im using audio variables, the @ , . and _ will be ignore , from trace this is the message displayed - speakChars, unsupported character "_" skipped.
As the IVR need to prompt the email address in spelling char by char, how can i add the special char like @,*,etc into the standard localization/phraseset in order to use audio variable to prompt the address

You would have to build the prompt using a combination of audio variables and recorded phrasesets for those characters that are not part of the localization bundles.

I have decided to use phrase variable to do all the char prompting.
Thanks for the input =)
