Not sure which board is most appropriate for this question.

Our set up uses CM/SM and AACC. I've found the APIs for CCT and CCMM Open Interfaces but I'm having difficulty locating the APIs for the audio/media portion of the softphone. Is there a sample softphone I can work off from or is everything built on open standards?

can someone provide me vb.net code for conference call; used for TSAPI.

Hello,
Avay Aura CC does not provide an interface for manipulating the media stream.
Avaya Aura CC does interface with AES for CTI control.
TSAPI is an interface on AES.
Note we do not allow a call to be controlled using both Avaya Aura CC interfaces and AES interfaces at the same time.
