Although I have configured the extensions in AES and mapped them in runtimeconofig - I am still getting the
"no observer on extension.." exception on CTI transfer.
What could be the problem?

Need to see AESC log and possibly a jtapi log (set JTAPI to log in tsapi.pro file. Set log level = 7).
