I am looking for API documentation for the Contact Store. Specifically, I am searching for a Programmers' Reference or User Guide. Where might I grab these documents?

Thanks for your suggestion but I am actually looking for the Avaya - Verint Contact Store documentation.

Don't believe this is an API we support. Your best bet is to try searching `support.avaya.com` for what you need. A quick check there for "cscm api" brings up `https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100173090`. Perhaps that is what you are after? Either way, I would recommend you post under the CM forum, perhaps CM users know more about this.
