Customer wants to play a music for 10 minutes in application itself before transferring to agent.
Receiving error.badfetch after the 10min announcement is played and not returning to the calling module. Tried creating a sample application and testing in local AAEP lab for debugging. Had increased fetch timeout to 900s but problem still persists

If I were you I should check what connectionTimeout in server.xml (in the folder ../Tomcat/conf ) is set to.

I think the standard is 20 seconds, and after that Tomcat think that the connection is dead.

After looking at the traces and a VXI trace, the issue is in the Voice browser. This has been identified in the 7.x releases and fixed. Please work with platform support on this.
