Hi Expert,
From installing documents of requirements for desktop components
• Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1
• Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2

Should I install Net Framework 3.5 sp1 and .Net Framework 4.5.2 both? In case, can we consider .Net Framework 3.5 sp1 is optional? could you please share some information?

Yes both the frameworks are required to be installed. 3.5 Sp1 is not optional. Framework 4.5.2 does not include 3.5 SP1

Get this powershell script https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/How-to-determine-versions-d3669799
and run in Powershell as administrator
